This is a fantastic café/shop for fans of the popular Japanese idol group, AKB48. Just a stones throw from the Akihabara station and the AKB48 theater in Don Quixote center, this is a perfect spot to do your gift shopping and have a little snack. Interestingly, there are two shops sandwiching the café. One of them tends to sell mini-posters, charms, and birthday t-shirts of the members. The second one offers tapestries, cookies, and anything else you can fit a person’s face on. I walked out of there spending around 13,000 yen within 20 minutes. The menu items feature dishes designed by popular members. There is an outside window counter for drinks and desserts. This is a great place to rest if you like Japanese idols. There is constantly performances playing on the screens throughout the day.
