Sadly, this is the first time on my visit to Japan that I felt I got ripped off. I’m sure it was because of the language barrier, however, it would have been nice to know that I was to be charged ¥400PERPERSON(yes even for my 3yr old twins) for table water. Super frustrating! Not many good points sadly(other than the service being relatively attentive). The spaghetti was OK. Our girls devoured it, but they’re not that picky about spaghetti and they were starving. Not worth the ¥920. The cheese pizza was OK, too, but it was small and not worth the ¥980 either. I did have a lemon sangria that was by far the best deal at ¥290. Yet it was a small glass. Nearly ¥4000 for a mediocre meal. I would’ve been ok if it wasn’t for the water bill. We won’t be back. Unless you speak and/or read Japanese I would skip this joint.

Monday mornings are always tough and it makes me especially hungry by lunch time. I always crave to go here for lunch every Monday after a week of way too much drinking. The girls in my office are never embarrassed to ask for a large portion of pasta here. Lunch here is extremely reasonable with free orange juice, tea or coffee. The lunch set, even after ordering larger portions are all under 1000yen. I’d recommend the soup pasta with crab. The soup has the strong taste of crab and you’ll find yourself drinking the whole bowl of soup when no one’s looking. My ultimately favourite is the chili carbonara. As if carbonara is not good enough, they have made their original style of carbonara with a bit of spice, the usual creamy carbonara is added with a yummy cream tomato. The perfect comfort food after a weekend out.
