As Amagasaki station is only 7 minutes from Osaka station and directly go to Kyoto by train.
Because of Universal Studio Japan, hotels in Osaka are getting expensive and fully booked in vacation season.
You can ask this hotel and sometimes much cheaper and convenient than other hotels in Osaka.
The rooms are normal Japanese hotel size and have one café on the second floor.
Next to this hotel there is a big department store and some restaurants are there.

なぜなら尼崎駅は大阪駅からたったの7分。京都や神戸にも新快速で直接行けます。
ユニバーサルスタジオのおかげで休みのシーズンは大阪のホテルが予約しづらく、また料金もかなりアップしています。
そんな時、ここのホテルなら予約が取れ、また料金もリーズナブルなことが多いです。（最近はそうでもないようですが）
部屋はビジネスよりは広く、一流ホテルよりは狭い、といったところ。
清潔感は問題ありません。
2階にカフェがあり、朝食から夕食まで対応しています。
隣にはキューズモールがあって阪神百貨店も入っているので買い物、食事に困ることはないでしょう。
尼崎ですが、便利で清潔なホテル、おすすめです。
