But Maryana helped us with the My Burberry (special addition) with engraving and made sure we receive it at the home through
She also helped us with a shirt and unfortunately my size wasn’t available in-​store. She told us that it was a popular size «L» in that style so she helped us again order it online. They even got us drinks (sparkling water is what we requested) while we waited.
Burberry should definitely recognize her efforts!

Whether gifted or purchasing, a designer statement piece is either appreciated as a status symbol or adored for its luxury. For some admirers however, a designer brand simply becomes a favourite that quickly turns into a beloved collection.
I have been a loyal Burberry patron for many years, and the Burberry located in Piazza di San Marco of Venezia, Italia is where I purchased my first Burberry handbag, along with various leather goods and outerwear accessories for both women & men. Located just between luxury row of Piazza di San Marco, Burberry is not to be missed.
Service here was excellent. Keep in mind that luxury row is very touristy, and not all sales associates have the time to wait for non serious buyers. Although I cannot remember any of the girls’ names, I had no trouble purchasing any of my items here. They provided me all necessities of paperwork including tax information for the items purchased, and their very own Burberry map of Venezia.
Never once have I had any concerns with Burberry nor their staff. Their handbags and leather goods are made of high quality leather that has not fell apart on me. I highly recommend their products for any luxury item collectors or simply gifting a perfect present x

Staff was friendly, helpful and let you shop leisurely. Was offered drinks while shopping and my SA brought items that fit me so well, she knew my size and style just by meeting me, perfecto!
The shop itself was quite big compared to other luxury shops in Venice (excluding Gucci of course, that store is quite large!). I think it’s even bigger than the one in Rome.
This store wasn’t split into two shops either where you had to exit and enter next door for more items. Everything was all contained in one store which made shopping more effortless.
Loved shopping in this store and couldn’t be happier with my purchases!

While roaming the streets through Venice, a clutch caught my eye in the window display and I wandered right in.
The staff here was friendly and did not fit the stereotypical «judgemental» staff that if you didn’t look the part to carry Burberry, you were not worth their time of day.
Received the tourist discount (whatever that really meant) and had my item wrapped perfectly for me to get on my way. The store provided me with all the necessary paperwork regarding tax on the item I bought, which is super convenient.
I do say, this is a smaller store and their selection is rather limited, especially for their coats if you were eyeballing one of them.
