As you can see I go for quantity not quality!
As an alumus and staff member of UCD I’m well familiar with attending things there, but a few months ago was the first time I was involved in the organising of a major event on the campus. The event support staff were great — they were there for our late night prep and when we had a mix up (not their fault) they helped us figure it out and fix it. They’re in charge of some great spaces.

This is my first year using the Conference & Events services at UCD in my current role and I had a very positive experience. The facilities are excellent (my groups of up to 40 were hosted in the Health Sciences building), the responsiveness, professionalism and pleasant manner of the staff couldn’t be better. I had one query about the invoice and it was sorted out almost instantly. I had some IT issues at my fifth meeting which wasn’t resolved quickly but we just moved room. IT are on the other end of a phone line and respond quite quickly.
I’m not sure what the upper limit is on numbers in UCD but am sure they can handle a couple of hundred attendees. The O’Reilly Hall facility is a wonderful location for conferences and I organised two events here about ten years ago, again a smooth and professional experience.
