One of the most relaxing things to do at an airport… having your shoes polished :-) I love it and make time to do so at the airport.

There is something about the Buff Stop that makes me feel uncomfortable. You sit up on a high chair, not unlike a throne, extend your feet and read the paper while a man buffs your shoes.
It feels like a return to feudal times and while I’m sure they do a bang up job, shouldn’t you really have noticed whether your shoes were polished before you got to the airport? If you are a business person, then this is part of your job, if you are going to Malaga on your holliers, then shiny footwear is not really a must.
