Score! Ruby Ruby is a lovely consignment shop with all the designer lables us ladies dream about… I found a fabulous DVF jacket that looked gorgeous on the hanger and even better on me! The prices are still slightly ‘up there’ but these are high-​end lables girls! Many items we only dream about in magazines have become much more accessible in this second hand shop that takes very good care in selecting and displaying these treasured pieces.
There are purses/​handbags and shoes too — a gorgeous TODS bag even caught my eye! And, they have a SALE rack! If the items haven’t moved over a certain period of time, they go straight to ‘Sale’. As Carrie in Sex and the City once said, «Me Likey»!
This shop has beautiful organized displays. The owners/​managers really know their stuff (in the way of designer fashions) and take much care in presenting them to consumers with a good eye for high-​end fashion from classic to trendy.
Check it out ladies — you may score a coveted item and unexpectedly walk out on a red carpet!

Following Bridget’s review I decided to head to Ruby Ruby myself and check it out.
The shop itself is absolutely gorgeous and the clothes on sale are in great condition and obviously well looked after. These also aren’t just any old second-​hand clothes but rather up-​market and classic pieces. If there is one shop that could fulfill my dream of finding a well cared for second-​hand Chanel-​style jacket it would be Ruby Ruby… go on, have a look for yourself.

I love the treatment the vintage clothes get at Ruby Ruby, the little designer consignment shop that could on the Royal Hibernian Way.
Rather than throwing those beautifully beaded, carefully maintained pieces on just any hangar, Ruby Ruby gently dry cleans then protects each article with covers and shams to keep these beauties fresh. The shoes are high end and in fantastic condition. The cardigans are kept on padded hangars and under wraps so mohair and beading stays intact.
I can appreciate labels, but clearly they adore them. The selection here is excellent for anyone looking to dip a toe into the vintage chic world.
