I needed yoghurt. This mace while pricey, as shops like this are, was convenient. It also had yoghurt.
The person who served me was very friendly and we talked about the Euros briefly (he was not happy with his home sides performance in their opening game).

I really hate Mace for the same reason I hate Spar and Londis: the ridiculously exhorbitant prices. Yes, you’re paying for the convenience, but is it really necessary to pay out the nose for it? Methinks not.
Yet, I always end up coming here because it’s so close to my house and well, so effing convenient. Sometimes I just NEED a lemon or candy, which is probably what I purchase here more than any other thing. I don’t recommend the bulk candy though. I thought I’d go for it because it was cheap (er than anything else) but it tasted like it was 100 years old, at least.
