I had to change a HK One2Free pre-​paid SIM card from a micro to a nano. Went to the shop, took a number and joined the queue. Very soon an agent served me. It was a simple matter of giving me a new nano SIM and a couple of minutes on the computer and he had transferred the number into my new SIM. Within 30 mins I was up and running on my new SIM. Pretty painless and a free experience. A rare event in HK where there is a tendency to up sell, not bother with the customer because there is no profit or simple ignore you or even be rude.
