Nova Hair Nail

I stumbled across this salon while my husband was getting a trim at the barber shop. I decided to spoil myself with a wash and style. Anthony did a great job, my curls look fabulous!

I’ve come to realize that humid weather makes my lion’s mane simply impossible. I’m talking bout cabbage patch doll status! Luckily, my auntie Michele introduced me to the herbal scalp treatment at Nova. In the 2 weeks that I spent in HK, I’ve visited Maggie three times. Totally worth it! My hair became noticeably glossier after just one treatment. Not to mention that you get an awesome head massage during the hair washing part!
The total time of the treatment is about an hour and all of the products that are used in the scalp treatment are all natural. Maggie is very knowledgeable and goes through each step very thoroughly. The only down side to the treatment is that it smells of Chinese medicine. However, that’s a small price that I’m willing to pay to have shiny healthy looking hair.
It’s too bad that no such services are offered back in San Francisco. I’ll definitely be back to see Maggie whenever I’m in Hong Kong. Thanks for hooking my hair up with some bounce and shine!
