As a fan of spaghetti, my favourite is Al Dante at soho, but I’m not living in Central so that cannot be extremely handy when I feel like spaghetti all of a sudden on a Friday night. Al Pesto is somehow similar to Al Dante in both the choices and quality. The Al Pesto signature is garlic white wine chicken spaghetti, and it is a bit spicy. The carbonara is moist and creamy. Very nicely cooked too. And I like the homey feeling here. Lucky that we can get a table without booking tonight.
