Ekko

A good place to see live bands, which I’ve done the last three Novembers running. The gig space has a number of steps at the back and sides which prove useful when surrounded by all the tall Dutch.
I ate here last year & the food was good. This year though I ordered (menus being on the table) but there was confusion as to whether the kitchen was actually ready to do food. My toasty was certainly made but by the time the staff member came to bring me it she managed to walk right past me, didn’t here me calling out and then it was time for the band to play next door so it had to go begging. An unusual incident from a inexperienced member of staff on a busy day most likely so just one of these things. Later on they were having to supply food by allocating tickets then shouting out the numbers, which shows how popular the grub is.
