Great pub with the atmosphere of the real «Bruine Kroeg». Loads of excellent beer on offer, many of them (naturally) Belgian. Friendly staff!

I came across this place years ago when we where looking for a pub to hang out during a heavy storm. A nice and clean pub. Mostly visited by students (it’s a university city). A friendly atmosphere. Great place to visit with friends.

Since my review this place has become my signature spot and I’ve made it my group’s signature spot… They all have come to appreciate that I don’t drink beer or wine and that I’m more of a go hard or just don’t go kind of girl; meaning that I either drink water or go straight for the hard liquor. They’ve also come to appreciate that this is pretty much the only bar in town that serves decent shots and other things I will drinks for decent prices. And what I’ve really come to appreciate is the amazing, friendly staff who come out here on their nights off for some drinks with their friends and who are starting to recognise me and my order, I always love that kind of stuff!
So, ‘t Neutje is definitely my kind of bar and if you’re ever in Utrecht, send me a text/message and we’ll hang out! Here!
