It does what it says on the box… fill your belly with nutrition and thats exactly what one expects. At least for dutch standards they actually sell Chinese grub at very reasonable prices. An ideal dine alone and go on your way experience, no fireworks to be found but happy bellies for sure

There is midnight snacking and then there is Hung Kee. The perfect finish to a night out when you just have had one too many beers on the Witte de Withstraat. When you are craving some greasy stuff look around you and go for it. It’s hard to choose from the noodles, rice and the many different Chinese delicacies they sell here. Starting with some Chinese tea is highly recommended and is a good way to soften that hangover. Chicken with pepper and salt might be one of their hidden gems on the menu. Combining it with roasted pig or duck is always a winner at this place. If you just have a small appetite go for the Wonton soup, salty but tasty. When at night you are feeling particularly peckish they will make an effort to put the food on your table in no time. Even when you’re drunk they remain kind and patient. You get the feeling that these guys are there for your enjoyment so ask them what they like to eat and you know you will be in for a treat. As seen on I Know This Great Little Place in Rotterdam!( )
