It’s government. It’s Brazilian. It’s inherently useless, slow and incompetent. Called for 3 months and nobody answered the phone. Emailed, twittered, sent Facebook messages. No reply.
After mass emailing every email address on their site, I finally got some replies and, knowing I would call, they actually answered the phone and provided me with some information. Most of the email replies, though, were copy-​paste from the website, telling me I should call the number I had told them nobody had answered for 3 months.
