I booked an overnight at this hotel for my 4^th anniversary with my boyfriend as a surprise gift for him. The people at reception were really patient with my requests and questions, as well as reservation options. The castle is in the middle of a forest, making it super quiet, romantic and beautiful. I asked them to make it a special stay and they put rose petals on the bed and made us a super special surprise desert! We had a really good 3 course meal at night for dinner, which was really delicious and on schedule. They gave us the biggest deluxe suite (in the annex, 400m from the main building) which was very private and had a living room, dining area, fireplace, big bathroom and bedroom. We rented bikes at the reception and cycled around the woods and other paths! Was really amazing! The air is just so fresh… I loved it! It was all perfect! :) there is also history to the place and you can explore around the castle and go all the way to the top by stairs, the view is amazing! Don’t miss it! The restaurant for lunch would be 4 starts instead of 5 fore though, but still pretty good! There was a wedding happening there and it looked very beautiful, it seems it’s very popular amongst the brides :) I would go back for sure! Best anniversary I ever had.
