This is a restaurant run by a culinary academy. Our Maitre d was Patrick, a professor at the academy. His students did a great job, fantastic prep and presentation. I was very impressed. The cost of such a beautiful meal was VERY reasonable, EU 35 per person including desert. The Chef and his Sous-​Chef visited our table at the conclusion of the meal and were very interested to hear our opinions. They clearly take great pride and care in their culinary creations. I hesitate to post this review because it will fll the place with tourists, but so be it. You really should try Elements when you visit Amsterdam. You will need reservations to be sure of getting a table. The service was wonderful, by the way. Attentive, but never intrusive. Highly recommended.
