Terrible service. The staff just stands around — looking dazed and confused. They carry no stock and they don’t do refunds, «because they are a franchise and they make their policy» Don’t bother

There are numerous international visitors to Amsterdam and it would be an excellent marketing strategy to have on stock more items relating to the Amsterdam soccer team, including t-shirts with their logo. I was not impressed with the selection. It just looked like a North American shop with U.S. team baseball caps and gear for runners. Given its location in a shopping district with so many tourists, it would have been ideal to have Amsterdam or Netherlands branded Nike items that your foreign visitors would have snapped up. Staff could be a bit more open and inviting to customers. It just adds to the atmosphere of the shop.

I’m comparing this to Nike stores in the states/Canada. I was hoping to find something interesting, even an «Nike Amsterdam» shirt would have been nice. Instead, I found… nothing. Boring selection, and a small store to boot. Any North Americans can skip this store.
