Backstage Make-Up en Grime

Great store for most of your make-​up needs. I give two stars and not more for several reasons: 1. They have a wide variety of products which is great and you can find almost everything you need or at least the colors to mix to get the desired effect 2. The staff did not seem very knowledgable or well trained (perhaps that is the person who helped me), but she really did not have much product knowledge and kind of yes-​ed me on everything which I did not appreciate 3. They try to «up-​sell» you. (you need this palette, or this powder) and push products 4. I bought a rather large amount of products and asked if I could have any small sponges (the white cheapy ones) and they told «only for sale» I feel this was a normal request on my part and with the amount of product I purchased I am surprised they didn’t give me a few little white sponges (the kind that are openly out to test products in sephora). Also, they did not have brushes available for testing powders. I asked for this and the woman helping me just told me to dip my finger and run them on my hand. When I was done and my hands were covered in product she did not even offer me a make-​up removing wipe or a tissue. So all in all, they have what you need so it is good if you want to make one stop and get it over with, but do not expect outstanding customer service.
