I’ve visited Sitko twice; once when it had just opened in 2014 and once in May 2015. I’ve got to say there was a huge difference between these two experiences. And with the latter, the experience definitely improved. In 2014 they started with a very limited menu, a restaurant space that was too loud and with pizzas that heavily divided opinions. My pizza in 2014 was such that I honestly thought it was the worst pizza I’d had in a real restaurant. It was burned, toppings were so scarce that the crust bubbled and also the taste was just foul(have to admit I’d never eaten anjovis pizza before). After hearing much more positive reviews from colleagues, I decided to give Sitko another go and it was a good choice. The menu has expanded a bit and now had multiple pizzas I could have chosen from. Also the décor had improved so that the space didn’t feel as loud anymore. They even had a DJ playing music now. On a Saturday evening the place was just as busy as it was after opening so they’ve maintained a good buzz and apparently improved the quality, winning long term fans. I went with the Vege pizza with eggplant, goat cheese, pistachio pesto, balsamico and pine nuts. The crust was thicker than on our previous visit and there were in general«a lot more to eat». I liked the tastes otherwise but balsamico combined with goat cheese on a pizza tasted a bit too sweet for me. I still definitely enjoyed the experience and I’m planning to come back to try the Quattro Formaggio and maybe the salmon pizza as well. The pizzas here are very different from pizzas anywhere else in town so I’m sure some like them, some don’t. But I recommend trying the restaurant now and enjoying the«different kind of pizza”-experience as they’ve really tried to built unique tastes into the pizza.

Good Pizza place, I’ve went here two times with my friends, and both times all liked they pizzas. I’ve eaten Parma and Salami pizza here, and I liked them a lot. Good dough and toppings are good, not too much but not too little. There are also special toppings on some pizzas, for example my bf ate Fennelsausage pizza, and he loved it. They also have customer card where you can collect stamps and get free pizza! I’m waiting more pizza options, they also have few salads and lunchtime at Fridays nowadays.
