Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I went in with a friend who had some questions about their phone plan and phone. After they were done, I asked some questions about possibly getting myself a new phone. The salesman gave me the choices of phones, went thru the pros and cons etc. I told him three times that I wasn’t interested in the plan where you pay for a phone over time. He wrote down everything, telling me the cost of my phone etc. I again made sure it wasn’t the pay as you go plan and he said no. I was also to get a $ 100 rebate within one month. When the bill came, imagine my shock to see a charge for the monthly payment for purchasing my phone. I called and called without any help. Then I called VZW customer service who advised me to NOT go to that location again and apologized for not being able to change things because my bill arrived on the 15^th day after I got the phone. If it had been the 14^th day, I could’ve returned the phone! I’m disappointed and want to cancel my plan with Verizon. Terrible customer service at the store and a representative at the store who is s liar and a cheat!
