We hired Frank to paint the entire interior of our townhouse from a distance of 3000 miles. Throughout the process he was easy to work with, made great suggestions, and communicated every detail. It was great working with a professional who truly cared about the quality of the work. He was there when he said he would be, and finished on time to meet our schedule. We wanted the exterior painted and deck stained at our vacation home in South Lake tahoe. Frank Muscat at ReliaPro was recommended by a contractor that had done interior renovations. Frank knows how to communicate remotely — We live 500 miles away from our vacation home. Frank provided a competitive estimate, AND sent photos of the progress throughout the job. ¹²⁄₂₀₁₅ update: We hired Frank and team, again to strip wallpaper and repaint a ‘70s townhouse in Stateline. Again Frank and crew did a great job. He sent pictures throughout the progress. Very pleased with the results. One of my neighbors said they talked with Frank and hired him to paint their entire interior.

Enjoyed working with Andy and Chad, Franks other crew. Very conscientious, careful and timely. They were personable and put the customer first. Reasonable prices with high quality work.

Frank and his crew are the best. My exterior of my house looks brand new. They worked hard for three days and end end result was amassing. If anyone needs a painting contractor, you must give Frank a call, you will be very satisfied.

ReliaPro Painters, did an excellent job painting our cabin in South Lake Tahoe.
I called Frank on a Saturday morning to schedule an estimate. He arrived on time, provided an accurate estimate, finished when scheduled and the finished product was perfect. Our cabin required a lot of cut-​in and brush work on large beams throughout and they obviously took the time to do it right. After they finished I talked with Frank about possibly painting the outside of the cabin so I’ll have another review in a year or two for Unilocal.Nice job and thanks again for all your hard work.

Frank just finished painting our Tahoe Keys home. He was willing to time his work around all of the other contractors, and he even cleaned up after them. I had no qualms about giving Frank free access to the house, and I will definitely use his services again.
Frank painted the exterior of our house a year and a half ago and did a great job. I recommended him to our next door neighbor who was also extremely pleased with his work.
I still had not met Frank, but when we recently had some remodeling done I called to see if he would be willing to come in after the work and paint the new doors, touch-​up, etc. Not only did he do exactly that, but he came in to pre-​paint the doors, came back midway through the project and touched up everything the contractors had damaged, and finally was the last one in to put on the finishing touches.

Frank is awesome! Funny enough, I have never met Frank. I have a house in Tahoe, and wanted to get it painted. I started by randomly calling folks because there were no Unilocal reviews really. Frank offered to go and view my property that day and send a quote. He had it to me in about 24 hours. I was impressed. The rate was reasonable, and he was so clear and concise in his bid. He also sent a link to other houses he’d painted.
Another note, I could tell Frank is passionate about his work and I really felt he wanted to do the house. Sometimes when I hire a contractor or other tradesman, I feel like they don’t really want the work. Frank was the complete opposite. With all this, I decided to hire him.
We scheduled the dates and I sent him keys to the gates and the door he would need to access. During that week we texted a few times to nail down some minor details, but in the end, he sent me a follow up email with all the pictures of the house completed and sent me the final invoice.
This is the second house I’ve had painted and one of many house projects I’ve had to «manage» over the years, and I have never had a smoother experience. I mailed him the check and now have a perfectly painted house.
