Has a good selection of food. Just watch out for the food bar, it gets expensive fast if your not really careful. Found that out with the Chinese food bar.

Great variety of fresh cooked foods I find that their fried chicken is quite salty. Chinese ok and sushi great groceries & lunch Ad items tend to run low during season due to high demand of shoppers

This Fry’s seems to be missing a key ingredient — groceries. How can a supermarket run out of bananas? Their weekly ad sale items seem to sell out, even on the first day of the week. The bulk section is not fully stocked and they often don’t have the produce items that they’ve listed on sale. Beyond that, the customer service is hit or miss. ALWAYS check your receipt before you leave. We’ve caught many mistake on ours over the years. And, strangely enough, the prices are always higher rather than lower than they should be. On the plus side, it is a big store and they do carry a wide range of things. You can buy Fry’s food and purchase it and eat it at their Starbucks if you also buy something from Starbucks. The line move pretty quickly, even when it’s busy. BOTTOMLINE: I might go back to shopping at the Fry’s downtown.

Great place for the foothills. I drive from yuma to shop here. Since I work in the hills its a great place to get everything I need for the day from coffee to sushi or something from the deli.

Nicest Fry’s in the state. Great Gas prices before hitting the mandatory .50 price jump in California. Starbucks inside, nice food court and clean restrooms.

Their selection of groceries can not be beat in town. They even have a health food section. It is awesome. Their workers and customer service, on the other hand, leave something to be desired and always seem to ruin my shopping trip. EVERYTIME I go to check-out there are 3 – 4 immature teenager baggers talking loudly about very inappropriate material. What makes it worse is that sometimes a manager will be working the register and join in! It is disgusting and makes me extremely uncomfortable. I wish they would fire all of these people and hire mature individuals who can handle working around customers.

For Yuma, this is as good as it gets. Features above and beyond normal grocery stores: — Starbucks in store — Gas Station — SUSHI bar in the store — Health food section When we first came to town we noticed that everyone would rave about«the Frys in the Foothills.» The raving is well placed. The sushi is the best in town. They have a pretty good health food section. Their prices are average for the Krogers chains and are competitive with the other major chain groceries in town. Overall — clean, good selection, SUSHI and Starbucks!

This place is very large and has everything. Love the Kroger’s brand of Carb Yogurt that is only 4 grams of carbs and only .49 cents every day price. Good to have close to the house. I hit the commissary on base, but it is very limited and the Fry’s has everything else and for pretty good price. Sure helps having the Fry’s card which in the 3 times I have been has saved me 20 – 25 percent each time off regular price.

For Yuma, this is about as good as it gets. I moved from Phoenix, and they had a nice upgraded Fry’s like this one. Moving to this small town(against my will, Military) was a culture shock, so this new, nice looking store takes a tiny bit of the sting of being stuck in this town that doesn’t have much nice going for it. At least I can enjoy shopping for my groceries! In the past I have been against shopping at grocery-only stores, because they are so much higher priced than say, good ‘ol Walmart. But the Walmart here in the Foothills that’s equally distanced in the other direction from my house is always ridiculously jam packed, and for the amount of customers they have, it SERIOUSLY has only 1 – 2 lines open at any given time, which is just unacceptable. As much as I love Walmart, I have stopped going there except for household goods shopping(shampoo/conditioner, makeup, etc. is just too overpriced at Fry’s) and also a few items that we regularly use that I can’t justify paying more for, such as avocados are normally about $ 1.99 each at Fry’s, but 25¢ each at Walmart. But for the most part, my husband and I do the majority of our shopping at this Fry’s because the slightly higher prices really are worth the convenience of a nicer shopping experience and not waiting in line for 45 minutes to check out 3 items, or after we’ve shopped for 2 hours with a cartful of stuff. Also, important to me is a selection of whole/organic foods. This town has absolutely NO organic foods grocery store(get me out of here!!!) but this Fry’s does have a few aisles for organic/whole/natural/healthy things. A decent selection of cereals, flours, honey and sweeteners, some dairy, drinks and a bit of health and beauty such as soaps, lotions and hair products. Something to note, if you’re looking for specialty milks, they are in the health food aisle! I mention this because I went to this store for MONTHS after moving here, frustrated every time that they didn’t sell almond milk(I don’t use cow milk) and was making separate trips to Walmart just to buy that one thing! Then one day I walked down that aisle and saw they have it in a completely different area from the rest of the«dairy» things. Different from other stores that group all«dairy-like» things in the dairy section.

Wowsers, I wish we had this Fry’s in Phoenix! It is a Fry’s grocery store on steroids with expanded selections, huge aisles and they even have a cheese and wine bar… Whether you’re a local or an out-of-towner, it’s the place to go for groceries. The quality of their produce, meats and selections are much better than what we are used to at our local Fry’s around the Phoenix metro. And their prices are much better so I’ve been told. I don’t shop for low prices, so this part of my review is based on what I’ve been told by my wonderful bride. Despite this grocery being ginormous, they are surprising very clean. I’m not crazy about how they have organized their butcher nor where their dry goods are in relation to where their fresh produce is, but not every grocery store can be designed like whole foods. It’s a great place to get shop for groceries if you’re in the area.

So much more than a supermarket! One stop wedding shop! We just had a wedding and we used Fry’s for our flowers, appetizers, desserts, alocohol! The flowers were amazing, they did our bouquets, and ordered all the flowers for our tables and decorations. I wish I could post pictures, they were gorgeous! Look no further for flowers! We also ordered all our appetizers from the deli. Pretzel sandwiches, rolls, dips, etc. All the adults ate the kids trays of pb&j and gummy worms and pudding! The bakery did our desserts, cheese cakes cut up into small pieces, chocolate covered strawberries, brownies, and cupcakes galore! Everyone we spoke to was so nice, and everything was ready on time when we picked it all up. Definitely think of them next time you have a party or an event. They are very professtional and provided good, fresh food that our guests LOVED!

Pretty good selection of products but a bit pricey. Very limited on bulk foods however. Where is my Winco. Good to hear that the 99 cent store is moving into the old Fry’s location on Fortuna. Some additional options. Oh where oh where is my Winco?

Fry’s in the Foothills is sadly one of the highlights of living in Yuma. I make a trip out of it, have lunch and then shopping. The sushi bar is good. The 4 or 5 guys there make everything fresh and give out samples daily. Huge cheese and olive section. Good health food section. It’s no Whole Foods but still entertaining.

Now this is a grocery store! Stopped to grab a bite to eat from their deli while visiting a friend here in Yuma. Amazing. The place is huge, clean, organized I was very impressed. Staff was friendly. All the other details were mentioned in the previous reviews. I will definitely will be stopping by here again when visiting.

The brand new Fry’s has 104,224 square feet of shopping goodness. It has it all: a gas station, Starbucks, sushi bar, Chinese kitchen, deli & olive bar, a great selection of cheese & wine, bakery, and more. This should be a great addition to Yuma(especially the Foothills) for years to come!
