Buffalo Wild Wings

Been here a couple of times, five or so, and every visit has been great with no bad experiences so far. We’ve come during the day and at night. The staff is friendly and accommodating every time we want to switch the tv channel for a a heat game. The food taste and price is fair in my opinion. Recommend the Asian zing flavor a sweet kick and mango habanero for a zingy, but spicy! kick. Additionally they are one of a few like two or the places in Yuma that host big sports events like UFC or Championship Boxing. My only complaint would be that not all the events you think would be showcased, are showcased. This would be a plus. The chavelas (bloody maryish drink) are amazing.

Walked in at 2pm. Restaurant was dead. Even the servers were complaining about how dead it was. I ordered a medium order of wings to go. It took over 45 minutes for me to get my order and they were not seasoned, didn’t give me ranch that I specifically requested, and while there for 45 minutes was not asked by anyone if I had been helped and no one was friendly enough to simply say hi.
Also the guy ringing me out told me $ 15.99 but the ticket stated $ 17.xx.
Quality of hiring has drastically taken a hit as well as the Managment.
All things follow Managment.
Extremely long wait for Bad food, bad service, and expensive prices.

Really bad customer service. I called earlier to get a take out order. We got to the restaurant and wanted to dine after smelling the delicious wings, the take out order was for someone else. When we ask for a seat. They told us to sit outside. Three of the employees looked confuse and told us we couldn’t eat inside. After a long wait. We told the lady we wanted to order as well. They kept us waiting there. We decided to leave the place. The lady said on a rude voice. That food has to be for someone else! Well of course it was for someone else. Something that was explained since the start. We just wanted to eat aside from the take out order. After speaking with the manager (Tony). Who was also as ignorant as the employees. He just apologized and said that is our policy. He was quite interested of knowing why we order take out and wanted to eat there as well. The food we order prior or visit was for the next day. When we arrived there we decided to eat ourselves. I don’t understand why it was so unclear to the staff including the manager.

I have been here before and thought the wings were ok. Today they were awesome. Huge, juicy and loaded up with my new favorite wing sauce Thai curry. I only have a picture of two of them because I was famished and when they hit the bar I went after them. After the second game started I ordered my go to sandwich. Jerk chicken with a side of Caesar salad. It was juicy and covered in sauce with blue cheese crumbles. The Caesar was not the freshest of romaine lettuce. The new thing I get on the side is coleslaw. It’s a good value and is a nice crispy a la cart side for wings. If you stray from wings you might be disappointed. And it is over priced but fun nonetheless.

I seriously don’t understand the management style here. Half the tables are empty and they have a 30 min. wait. I’ve tried to talk to management about this in the past but to no avail. They end up with people frustrated and walking away because they won’t seat. It’s bizarre. Why have the tables if you’re not going to use them?

Even if I wanted a cold stale bun with unmelted white American cheese, bland sauce, ice burg lettuce and a tough lil «chicken» patty, I don’t want to pay $ 13 and wait 30 minutes for it. Never again.

Eh… if you’re in the area and can’t wait for a table at Chilis, Ah-​So or Target food court then this place will do. If your in need of better wings, Wing Stop is the spot.

Was there yesterday enjoying the NFL Divisional Playoff games. I sat at the bar and soon struck up good conversation with other patrons. I’ll divide my review into the following:
Food: ordered wings, go figure, the menu clearly communicated what you were getting from flavour to level of heat, the wings were very tasty and I ordered them crispy and that is exactly how they arrived
Drink: The beer selection was excellent, I tried a number of different flavours and all were as expected
Atmosphere: It’s a sports bar and it was packed with all kinds of folks including families with young kids. The staff was attentive and friendly but didn’t overdo it.
Overall: all you would expect from a sports bar type place… I’d go back in a heartbeat!

I thought my experience was going to be well until I was carded for trying to get a Pepsi at the bar area. everyone else in my group was not carded. This place is a complete joke and a half.

Best restaurant for wings, no contest! Retooled and reimagined, the place looks great for college bowl and NFL playoff season

What can I say? It’s a BWW so whether you are on Yuma or New York the setting and food is going to be the same Cisco slop but the set it up is great at this joint! First B dub that I’ve been too with an outdoor bar. Pretty cool touch to take in the great weather 9 months a year in Yuma. Drinks are well priced too.

I haven’t stopped at a Buffalo Wild Wings since 07, so I gave this place a shot.
First of all, everything is overpriced and the portions are a bit small.
Their wings did not feel «fresh» anymore, with a nasty frozen taste (last time I went was in Houston). The ambiance was good, the service was a bit lacking. I did not enjoy the seating either. Their beverages did not have a great selection. Sorry, but will not visit again.

Don’t ever order takeout from here. They’re incredibly rude, won’t get your order right then when you try to tell them otherwise you’ll be on hold for a long time.

Wings are good, Tues and Thurs have special on wings so it’s good to come on those days!
I don’t know why but they seem very stingy with their carrots and celery sticks here. In CA, it’s bottomless carrots and celery sticks, but here, they count out 3 of each and that’s all you get. Hmmm… weird.
Good environment to come to watch a sports game!

I went to ur restaurant about a couple of weeks ago and the customer service sucked. They said 15 min we waited 40 min. We ordered and the waitress named Catherine messed up my order. But u need to fire her she was horrible.

Let me start off by saying the food was absolutley delicious. Some of the best wings I have had in a long time. Now for the more unfortunate side of this review… when we sat down I ordered a beer, the server asked me for Id and I handed him my out of country drivers license. He then asked me to wait while he went to clear it with his manager??? As we waited over 7 minute in this sauna of a restaurant I was wondering if there AC unit was broken or if this was the only place in Yuma without one. We finally got our beers and placed our order. As the heat intensified in the sauna we asked our server to move us to the patio which was responded with a 360 eye roll. Nice kid most likely unaware of his ignorance. I give this place a 10 for food, 2 for accommodation’s and 3.5 for service. Roll your eyes at your girlfriend not at your costumers.

Sadly, i have to say our experience at this establishment tonight was horrible. I’m usually really impressed with the service at buffalo wild wings and i have to say this one just didn’t meet the cut like the others. We arrived and there was a girl at the front counter who went to the back before we reached the counter. We stood at the counter that displayed the buffalo wild wings drink cups and among those cups was also an In-​n-​out cup on the employee side. We stood for awhile waiting for someone to greet us and seen about 4 different employees and no one said a word to us. Finally an employee greeted us. This girl called out Veronicas name and this girl came up front to take our order. Steak Buger, fries, mild wings traditional with ranch. We paid, she told us to give them 10 – 15. We went outside (because of a funny oder at the entrance), came back and found out they had no steak. We asked if they had started our order and the girl just let us know that she didnt know. She slowly made her way to the back and then told us no. We asked for our money back and she said she had to get a manager. The manager offered no apology and also didnt bother to look at our faces while he put in our refund. Buffalo Wild is always usually up there in my list of wing choices but sadly, i wouldnt recommend this one. I honestly dont see us returning.
I give them the 1 star for the employee that got in-​n-​out since they probably saved themselves from getting food here and experiencing horrible customer service.

It’s B-​DUBS… Why not. The only thing is they are always out of there monthly special sauce. If your always out order double. The next month. But yeah can’t go wrong great place to have drinks and watch some sports.

As always its bdubs. Beer. Food for beer. More beer. Sports. And beer. Can’t go wrong here.

Thursday is 40 cent wing night so that is a better day to come here.
Things have changed slot since my last time I came here. The waiter (Adrian) was less than impressive, but did his job. DON’T EXPECT you Wings to come one a plate, it will be in a small fry tray (terrible presentation).
