I have been going to this Verizon wireless for 4 years and have had so many good experiences with Amanda I don’t know why I haven’t written a review sooner! Amazing customer service! I’ve gone to several other Verizon wireless stores and have left very disappointed but every time I go to this one I always leave very satisfied with my purchases and service! Always friendly, helpful! Just amazing! Goes above and beyond and with a smile on her face!

I came in a few weeks ago with some screen issues I was having Amanda helped me fix it, I’m so happy I was able to get it fixed and understand the silly issue to prevent it from happening again. Amanda is by far the best employee at Verizon wireless, she is very helpful, & knows exactly what she’s talking about, most employees just lie to get a sale I’ve noticed but not her! It’s refreshing dealing with knowledgeable employees like her. I will for sure come back to this store no matter the drive just to deal with her outstanding customer service.

Makayla and Amanda helped me save a lot of money, were extremely helpful, friendly, and very knowledgeable. You have to go here if you need anything dealing with Verizon.

Makayla was so helpful! Knowledgeable and courteous service. She was attentive and sold me a case and an extra charger with the phone without feeling pushy.

I’m not a tech savy kinda gal and waited till my phone was on its last bar(I dont like changes). I was greeted by Makayla who took the time and patience to show and explain the different phones to me. After deciding on a phone Makayla and Tyler worked togather to get the transaction thru unfortunantly the computer system kept going down but the two made it work. After goofing something up and runnung back to the store Makayla again greeted me with a smile and a solution. This has been the best phone buying experience I have ever had.

She’s professional and personable and really knew her stuff. Plus, her eyebrows are ah-mazing! Please DONT get this confused with the other verizon store. This one is located by GameStop in the new staters parking lot. Thank you Amanda!!!

FRIENDLY, fast, and efficient! The store is under new management and I was absolutely happy with their customer service. They happily answered all of my questions making sure that I understood any questions I had about signing on. Their employees seemed to be very knowledgeable. No attitude or insults, just smiles and happy dances from me. Happy with my new phone!

Horrible Experience. I went to buy a handsfree device for my iPhone and reluctantly bought the blue tooth Jawbone. The salesman made it seem like it was a casual exchange and that despite the $ 108 price, I could come back if I had problems. After two days, I decided I didn’t need such a pricey item, and returned to the store another 4 days later to return it. It was unopened, I had a receipt. Go Wireless then said that accessories and ear pieces were non-refundable. We called their corporate office who told them not to refund my money. The saleswoman at this time then insulted me when I told her about the exchange with the salesman that it could not have been the case as I said I dealt with a man while the receipt clearly had a woman’s name on it. The dude was taller than me(I’m 6′) and clearly… a man. They told me to call Verizon wireless when I got to San Diego and of course, Verizon said they have no culpability over their retailers. I called Go Wireless corporate again and they said it was a health issue. Of course I understand if I stick something in my ear, it would not be returnable which is why I never opened it; the saleswoman even verified there was no tampering with the packaging. Long story short if you have a large purchase or long-term plan, do not go to Go Wireless, especially at Yucca Valley. They have no respect for customers and no flexibility in their products if you have any problems; there is no chance you will get helped if they may have to give money back. Their corporate offices were of no help either.
