So as one of the only few dinner order outs I order3−4 times a week
Not junk but steak n potatoes ribs salads.,
Every time I mean every time 8 of 8 times I order well done steaks and they are delivered raw I mean so red that it still looks purple
I have taken raw steaks to managers complained and even discussed in detail their steak ordering and cooking process.
One the manager states is fool proof steaks are shelved in cooked increments and only require minimal grill time.
Great sounds good but management can’t get it right. Hourly management or what who’s to blame. I don’t know but I’m tired of wasting money on raw steaks.
I’ve checked the receipt to make sure the waiter or waitress did their job. 8 of 8

I’m a local. Been here many times, mainly because there’s not much else in town (or at least there wasn’t, until recently). Hate it. Never get a good meal here. I think ALL Applebee’s serve the same food so this is NOT a reflection of the local Applebees, this review encompasses ALL Applebees. GROSS. Don’t usually get drinks but did meet up over the holidays with a friend and ordered a margarita. What a joke! Had to send back for alcohol. Won’t say «more» alcohol because Im pretty sure there wasn’t any in there to begin with.

We usually eat here every once in a while. The service never really stands out… it’s usually on the slow side. Today our server Pat really made us happy. We ordered appetizers and an order of the fish & chips to share. When our meal came out, at first we thought she gave us both a full order. No, she had them split up the order very nice on two separate plates. We didn’t ask her to do that, which was very thoughtful. Even though it was slow today, everything came out hot and we enjoyed our meal. :)

We go to eat in the bar at least once a week for Happy Hour. We make sure we sit in Javier’s station. He is the best waiter and he makes us feel like family when we go in. He is efficient, acknowledges his customers immediately, and is ALWAYS smiling. We have never, ever had less than the best service from him. we love their food. The appetizers are great and so are the Ribeye steaks.

Yes, its a chain. But in Yucca Valley, they have the best overall service, menu, and food quality. Been here three times already dinner time and service was courteous, prompt, accurate and friendly. Food always came out hot and tasty and overall it is a decent value.

HORRIBLE!!! Stay away from this place, you are better off getting food at the 7-​eleven, yes this place is that bad! The customer service is atrocious, the servers at the restaurant have the mentality that they are just too good to be working at this place or any place. The staff is rude, racist and ridiculous. The place smells, the cups are dirty and the food is always cold.

Had a steak and my friend a burger. The steak was cooked as ordered, but the burger not enough. The steak plate was actually very good, but the burger really not so good (nothing inside, just meat and cheese)?!

This place is great even though it is run by a corporation or whatever. The food is great! I had a question about the soda in my rum and coke (it tastes like diet) and The bartender Val made me a new one! Soooo awesome! She is the best! I recommend the tacos with veggie patty!

The food at this restaurant is always good, the menu has many choices and the prices are reasonable. The two for $ 20 or $ 25 menu is really a good value and has plenty of good choices.
The only drawback is that when they are very busy the service can be very slow but if you go for an early dinner it is fine
The lunch menu here is also very good and the price is awesome. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for a nice, pleasant evening or lunch

Slow! The service is sooooo slow… We waited almost an hour for a cheeseburger meal and soup and salad meal.
My wife said the soup was cold and my cheeseburger had definitely been sitting as I couldn’t get the bun off because the cheese hardened.
All in all it took over an hour and a half to order eat and pay. We were looking for a quick lunch that wasn’t fast food. Should’ve looked elsewhere to be honest.
I would recommend you reading through the reviews entirely before coming, as most offer similar sentiments about the lack of prompt service.

For those not familiar with the high desert, it’s a wonderful collection of meth heads, hippies, and Marines. We don’t really have jack up here. So after reading the reviews of this place, I’m a little angry. What in the holy mother of Christ do you expect??? We’re lucky to have an Applebee’s in our special corner of Satan’s taint. I’ve honestly never had a bad time here, I get a good buzz going and eat some cheap pup food. What else is there to complain about? Val is an awesome bartender and Ashley is a great waitress. Ignore these other reviews…

One star because I have no other choice. I went last week with my husband for a date night, he only gets 2 nights at home a week. His steak was grey and cold, mashed potatoes covered in so much sour cream they were inedible. My riblets were dry and tasted burned. My mother was in town and who knows what possessed me to return here for dinner, but we did. Her ribs were dry and cold and bitter! My burger was slightly warm but also so dry it crumbled. (I ordered it pink) the fries tasted like they had been cooked twice.
We were seated in the booth nearest the kitchen, everytime that door opened I could see food waste on the floor. Trash bins that were overflowing and servers just kept piling garbage into them!
The restroom was filthy, when I flushed water splashed onto my foot from the drain on the floor, not sure why I stayed. Must have been the 3 hour drive from the airport, made me delirious.
Our server Dana was great that’s about the only saving grace.

I had a special party here today. I will never find enough words to adequately thank the staff and Manager for all that they did to make this party special. For over three hours, we had the best service, most help, and kindest support anyone could ask for. I have hosted events at very elite venues, and have NEVER had more attention nor better service. The food was fresh and service quick and friendly. This is not Applebee’s speciality, but I will never forget the incredibly outstanding people who worked so hard to make this a complete success. John Rachel and his entire staff are a fabulous team! A million thanks to all!
