Yucaipa Nails

I hate to write this since I was happy with my manicure… But they do not clean their instruments, and I am currently at the Urgent Care to treat an infection on my thumb! I will not be going back!!!

Came in today for the first-​time for a pedicure. 1^st of all cup hold in seats are very dirty. Person doing pedicure made me bleed then put some liquid on it which just made it sting. She scrubbed one foot for a while and the other for like 5seconds. Nails looked ok. Not too sure about wanting to come back

I have been going to these wonderful talented people for over ten years! As well as my family and friends. The other negative comments do not reflect their business in any way. I will never stop going to Yucaipa nails

I am so bummed to have to write this. I got a gel mani/​reg pedi on Saturday ⁸⁄₁₅. Today is Monday ⁸⁄₁₇ and I have a huge chip on my right middle finger and ALL of the rest of the nails are chipping away from the tip. I go in to the shop and the girl did a terrible job fixing the tip and just added a clear coat to the rest like that would make them look better! There’s a reason I spend more money to go to botanic in Redlands and now i remember why.

First off, just like any other salon that gets busy you will have to wait a bit. Second, the wait is worth it! I have had Jenny and Gwen both do my nails and loved it. The gel manicure lasted me 3+weeks. Can’t believe it. Considering how much cleaning and dish washing I do.
The spa pedicure is very much recommended. It’s only $ 17 and my feet felt silky when I left. The man who works there knew what he was doing.

They were busy but still had a wonderful pedicure. They took their time and gave a great leg massage.

I went to this place yesterday they have a good service friendly stuff and a reasonable price.

Very nice people that work here, a little disorganized and that’s why they didn’t get 5 stars. My pedicure was long and relaxing and my feet look great so I am happy

I love this nail salon, the workers are very friendly, fast, and do a nice job! I only get pedicures, but for 16 bucks you get a massage chair, leg scrub, hot towels and a full works pedicure you can’t beat it!

One of the worst nail places. I even went back a second time and it confirmed how awful this place was.
They did super thick acrylic nails, the top coat was not shiny, and my nail polish bubbled. I called and asked if they could thin out the super thick acrylic nails they did and they said they would have to charge me. Why? I paid and they messed up so I don’t understand why I’d have to pay to get them fixed. I did them myself because I knew I could do a better job. Don’t come here.

It was my first time here as I was here on vacation with my family… So my 4 yr. old daughters 5^th birthday was a couple of days away and we decided to get her nails done as well as my own too, my in laws are frequent customers here and told me to go get it done there… The space itself was nice, didn’t have a very nail salon smell (which is great), the workers seemed friendly, nice, there were kids there too I’m guessing the workers kids but it didn’t bother me one bit (it felt a lot loose having kids there, the place wasn’t so up tight), the color choices weren’t awesome but they do have a selection maybe a good idea to bring your own, and the prices is totally awesome because where I’m from it costs $ 25-​$ 30 alone for acrylic/​fake nails… I got a spa pedicure and white tip fake nails, and my daughter got a spa pedicure, and manicure with designs on my daughter and myself and the total was $ 59!!! It was totally worth it, loved the workers, service, the end result, and they treated my daughter very well… it was really nice

I have been going to Yucaipa Nails for over five years. I lived in the area for a short time and continued to go back even after I moved. They are friendly and do a fantastic job.
Jenny has done my nails and eyebrows for years. I recently went in to see her after not having been there for almost a year and she was as friendly and professional as ever… and my eyebrows look great. Ask for Jenny, you won’t be disappointed.

I went there after shopping and told them I needed my nails done and a pedicure. They said ok I waited to get my pedi and after my pedi they said they did not have time to do my nails! They were rude to boot!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Yucaipa Nails is the only place I trust to work on my fingers and toes. I can usually get in with little to no wait and not because they don’t have any clients but because they are quick in the completing their services. Although there are times I wish they would spend more on the massage parts of the manicure and/​or pedicure. Some of the manicurists go through the motions, while others actually put in some effort. Yucaipa Nails also get bonus points points for their cleanliness and friendliness. Spa pedicure chairs are cleaned after each use and one time use disposable scrubbies are used with each client. I would recommend bringing cash because there is a .50 cent charge for using debit, plus they can’t add tip onto your bill so bring your dollas!
