Absolute worst drive through service ever! After ordering I had to wait over 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. This has happened more than one time. We will not be going back.

Went by the DQ last night, ordered from the drive-​thru. This time they got it right! Each Blizzard turned upside down, even a carrier provided. The employee that got it right had a tattoo on his fore-​arm and it wasn’t Travis. Yucaipa DQ received 4 stars because the drive-​thru seemed slow but hey, the Blizzards were great and the employee was very nice.

Ohh Dairy Queen, you just disappointed me with your strawberry cheese cake blizzard.
I understand that your employees literally can’t add a ton of cheesecake pieces because of cost but I think a total of ten tiny pieces in a large blizzard is a little stingy.
My pregnancy cravings were only satisfied for about two minutes because they were all on top and not evenly throughout my large blizzard.
Basically strawberry cheesecake on top then just strawberry ice cream for the rest of the way.
And to think I begged my man to get me this ice cream at 8:00pm, ugh! He he laughed and said I can write a review and went to bed -.-

Im not usually one to eat ice cream, I am more of a cookie person myself, but my family is nearly addicted to ice cream. There are many places in town where one could find ice cream yes, but by far Yucaipa Dairy Queen is the best.
There seems to be a cool group of people that look like they enjoy working there and are not only respectful but are pretty good at making ice cream. Im just going to say it, I almost wish I worked there.
If I ever get anything for myself, it is the S’mores blizzard. If you haven’t tired it yet, ask them to make it for you.
I have come in contact with workers such as Sydnee, Gabriella, Marc, Travis, Mikayla, and Dakota (?) They all did amazing jobs.
I love that the Beach Boys are always playing when I visit. Very nostalgic and reminds me why I love the small town feel. Keep playing on repeat please!
Other than the fact that the cake I ordered for Christmas had a typo, I have never had an issue at this establishment.
10⁄10 would recommend.

I love this place! A large Orange Julius is my go-​to nostalgic drink from being a kid at the mall. The staff are primarily millennial’s; therefore younger. They are always friendly and efficient. I usually go through the drive thru for quick in-​and-​out. This location advertised with Groupon for awhile and it was awesome to get a price break on drinks I’d come and pay full price for any day of the week. I only buy the Julius’, so I cannot speak on their other menu items. Yum… I am never disappointed here

Today Caleb served up an extra soft serve blizzard. When asked if he’d turn it upside down, he said «That ended last month.» We reminded him that turning it upside down is part of dairy queen’s quality assurance. He gave us our second blizzard that was also liquidy and said «Have a nice night.» We then reminded him that we were still waiting for our dip cone. Caleb, your service was substandard just like your liquid blizzard.

I ordered a cheesecake blizzard and of course there’s probably like two pieces of cheesecake. If you want go get ripped off by all means go right ahead. I want to go get my moneys worth somewhere else not be ripped off. Hate this place

It’s a nice Dairy Queen. Very modern and clean. Service has been good and we’ve been there probably a dozen times. I took off a star for the high prices. I think a mini blizzard is $ 2.99! I’m also taking off another star because the last time we went the girl working had extremely dirty fingernails! She was working the drive thru and very friendy but her nails were gross. I was so surprised.

On the plus side, DQ has delicious soft serve ice cream. But what makes a sundae a sundae? In MY experience its ice cream, syrup/​sauce of some kind, whipped cream, nuts and a cherry. DQ’s «sundaes» come with syrup/​sauce only. If you want all the other stuff you pay extra. Seriously? Ice cream and syrup is NOT a sundae so please stop advertising it as such. Strike 1. Moving on, I haven’t eaten non-​ice cream items too many times but I’ve had a burger or two before while traveling out of state. My sweetie pie and I had a craving for some chili dogs and decided to get them here since he also wanted a Blizzard. I was surprised to find out their meals come with chips, not French fries. Huh? He said their location didn’t have burgers or fries, just chips. Strike 2. :/

I’ve always been a fan of Orange Julius. But typically the only place you could get them was at the food court of a mall, and I don’t spend much time in mall food courts. Well, this Orange Julius location is in a Dairy Queen with a drive through! And not some old clunky Dairy Queen, this is a brand new store. Great thing to have close by!
