Absolute worst shopping experience ever. I bought both a dishwasher and elliptical from this store and had problems with both. The store basically gave me the middle finger. The dishwasher is making a loud squealing noise that makes it impossible to even be in the house when its running. The technician said its normal and there’s nothing they can do, even though it was fine the first two months I had it. On top of that, the manager of the store refused to even talk to me. A rep said they would send a «senior technician» but never did. So I made another appointment myself. He said the same thing but I lost my respect for him whet he said the dishwasher should be on the same hot water line as the sink, even though both spigots are on the same riser 6 «apart the way it is. What will that accomplish? 10th grade level staff is what they have. I fully intend to eat the money and get a new one, disassemble this one and just dump it on the store floor and tell them to deal with it. The elliptical was also making a squeal/grinding noise. I looked through the manual and realized they didn’t lubricate it before assembly. Again technicians came and said that was normal. The floor model didn’t do this so why is a brand new one? Anyways since I was still in the return period I got an exchange. Guess what? They lubricated it and it doesn’t make noise. Normal my behind… They would’ve basically stole $ 3000 from me if they could have. Worthless.

I bought a 46 inch Samsung flat screen December 2011, and paid an extra $ 279 for an extended warranty, 367 days after bringing the tv home it failed, made an appt. for repair, the repair man shows up and tell me the panel is bad and he has ordered a part and will come back Dec, 28th2012, well guess what no one never showed up to repair, so i call and i was told no you have an appt on Jan 2nd2013, well guess what, i go to the store and find out that the parts will NOT be here on Jan 2nd2013, so i had another repair appt, made for January 24th2013, guess what, got a call they will be late not going to be here by noon, well i call and they say they will be here today to fix the tv, NOPE another call the part is not at the store like they told me it was and i will not be getting my tv fixed today, So i am giving them one star because they are good at talking crap and lying, so tomorrow i will go close my Sears account and never do business with them again. PS i will give them two stars because they gave me a loaner TV, but they also had me sitting at home for three days waiting for a repairman that never came, Good bye Sears. UPDATE, I finally got this settled, after the third visit from a repair man the tv worked, for about an hour and a half then it went out again, i will give some credit to the store manager John, he was very nice and patient with me and understood my frustration, in the end he gave me a FULL refund for the purchase price of the TV even after i had it for a year, maybe when i decide to get another tv ill go back to sears after all.

This is your standard Sears store. I am disappointed at how small it is. I mainly shop there for clothing and Craftsman tools(lifetime warranty), but this past week I purchased a set of tires with them. I was unaware that Sears price matches tires. They were going to charge me $ 174 per tire until I showed them a print out from . I ended up getting the $ 174 tires for $ 136! They didn’t have the tires in stock, so it took three days to get them in. Tire installation is done on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait two hours to get my tires installed. This wasn’t an issue because I spent the time shopping in the mall(located a hop, skip, and a jump away).
