I purchased a phone and ported my number from Metrounlimited-Colusa, the owners of this store. I did not like the phone, but loved the service, and purchased another phone and transferred my service. I went back to the store to return the phone that was under the seven days and under 10 minutes of time, the Manager, Muhammed, refused to take the phone back, stating that I had to cancel my service in order to return the phone. No where did it state in the MetroPCS Promise that I had to cancel my service in order to return the phone. After I called MetroPCS corporate, they stated that I should get my money back, but I had to get it back from the store. I called Muhammed and shared what I learned from Corporate and he still refused to give me my money back. I then asked for the owner’s name and he stated that he would not give it to me over the phone. That I need to go back to the store in order to get the name. Muhammed would not even give me his last name so that I could write a letter addressing the issues. I would never recommend this store. Stay away. This store manager is not consumer friendly and if he were my employee, I would have fired him for his inappropriate actions.
