The piercer is the best the best here and vey honest about everything. Came back here to get one of my old piercings re-​pierced and he told me the truth that it was done wrong before.

Super unprofessional, the piercer made sexual remarks toward me when I was getting my nipples pierced. Took a picture with out even asking permission. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to be uncomfortable.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. My husband had bought me a gift card to this place for a piercing thinking he’d surprise me. Sadly, I had got a piercing on a whim that week at a different location. I was not opposed to the idea of getting another piercing until trying to schedule an appt. with these people. I called and walked in several times only to hear excuse after excuse as to why their piercing person was not in. I gave up trying to get a piercing here. My husband was NOT told by the business that the gift card he had purchased was non-​refundable and there is no signage stating that this is their policy anywhere in the shop. I went to the business and they told me they wouldn’t refund us with no explanation other than, «we already put that money in our bank». Seriously?! One of them even stating, «I don’t mean to be an asshole but…» Well… YOU ARE!!! To anyone looking to get a piercing, I suggest you AVOID this bag of DICKS!

Very disappointed. I had heard a lot of great things about this place but I won’t be back. Lazy tattoo artists and they set up appointments that they don’t keep. These are not professionals, they are kids trying to act like they can run a business, great artwork, good luck getting any of it unless you have $ 1,500 or more to spend. Then you’ll be in the chair right away.

I have gotten a tattoo at Inkcognito (foot piece, Ian) and now a tongue piercing (Kyle, today) and I love this place! The piercer even stayed later to accommodate my time. The people here are professional and polite. When you are a client their attention is 100% on you. The shop itself is clean and quiet. I have been to a couple of other places in town and walked out. The pricing is great and the work is fantastic! Simply put, I won’t go anywhere else!

My friend & I had friendship tats done at the Inkcognito in the summer of last year, friend loves hers… i felt that mine came out too large. Tried to contact tattoo artist so we can arrange to incorporate something artsy into the tattoo to fill it up a bit. In fairness to him he did text me back once asking for a picture of my tattoo, I promptly sent a pic of it. I thought perhaps he was working on a design when I didn’t hear from him for a while, I certainly did not want to keep texting the guy because I knew how busy the shop can get & that if he wanted my business, he’d get in touch. Never heard back. I think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I got my wife a foot piece for her birthday. We brought in different images of the Cali Poppy flower, and Mike was able to create this amazing tattoo with outstanding detail and color. Priced was around $ 100/​hr. Their studio was very clean and they all were very professional!

Great Experience!!! From the time I walked in everyone was super nice. I have actually been looking to get another tattoo for about 3 – 4 years, but just never could seem to walk into anywhere and «pull the trigger» as soon as I walked in they were super helpful. Even going so for as to text one of their artist on his day off. My artist Michael actually came in and fixed me same day. Awesome experience. Got several more to get in the next few weeks.
