Beautiful bouquets created here — never bought or received a boring, cookie cutter arrangement! Great, personal service

I don’t live locally but stopped in for a gift while in the area. They had a small selection of fresh flowers which were beautifully fresh. After I selected two varieties they made me a stunning arrangement on the spot. There was no cheap filler, just thoughtful additions which enhanced my selection and it was ready in ten minutes. It was a truly artistic arrangement, excellent value for the price and I was thrilled. This florist is worth a special trip, you won’t be disappointed.

I have this bizarre gift: I can read a person very quickly and know exactly what their favorite flower is. I don’t even have to know them well. In my mind, I can just see them as a flower (awwww! you’re such a pretty wittle flower! oh yesh you are. yesh you are!). If only I could capitalize on this super power. Alas, I will have no cape and I will be no hero.
I don’t get flowers often for people. Especially not for special occasions (that’s such a copout). When it does happen, it’s mostly «Geez I’m so sorry you’re having a crappy day and besides punching whomever you want in the face for you, I’d also like to give you these flowers.» Or «Wow you’re awesome please let me surprise you last minute with this wad of plant things.»
In summary: I’m particular (no clusterf*ck bouquets), I don’t rely on generic defaults (like roses and carnations), and I don’t plan in advance. Also I don’t let florists make decisions for me. We don’t see eye to eye. I need to roam free without someone in my face.
For the most part, Enchanted satisfied my criteria.
It’s a small but spacious store with some potted plants and a limited selection of cut flowers. What they do have, though, is of immaculate quality. They even try to get some of their flowers local (e.g. daffodils).
That said they don’t have any strange’ish or less traditional flowers (those that you can even find at Whole Foods sometimes — yet not here?). The woman at the counter informed me that they don’t get them in unless it’s for an order. Disappointment.
The clerk was helpful and was all for finding me stems that would last long. Lots of care put into the whole affair. She was nice as all get out. And let me take charge when I needed to.
If only they had a wider selection. But for now, if you’re wanting to get some tulips, irises, lilies, roses, carnations, or hydrangeas in Ypsi, you’ll find the perkiest and loveliest here.

Lovely florist. Helpful, friendly staff and good delivery service. Good communication in general. They really listened to what I was looking for and offered helpful suggestions about various flowers, both price and longevity, allowing me to get a very lovely bang for my buck.
I can be picky and that did not seem to be a problem for them in the least, in fact they seemed to be delighted to chatter about various options with me. I know the results definitely showed the care they took. Good variety, not boring but without any garishness. Not a cookie cutter arrangement in the least.
Charming arrangement both color and style wise, very fresh flowers that lasted a long time. Prices were about what you would expect and good value for a delivery. Definitely a room brightener and something nice to look at in the hospital, they smelled lovely too.
I would definitely use them again. Very professional people who really want to help you give the best.
