The bar at the Ahwahnee Hotel is one of two options for drinks in the valley during winter months. That said, it is a very nice lounge with very good service. Many who visits know that the Ahwahnee bar offers a short list of menu items and makes for a nice option for a light meal. If a $ 100+ meal for 2 isn’t in your budget, then the Ahwahnee bar is a nice alternative to still enjoy the atmosphere of the old hotel. It’s not exactly cheap. It’s just cheaper than the Ahwahnee dining room.
