When I was there once. I was shopping and needed help. It was probably a week before Christmas and I looked around for something and I saw more than half of the workers near the changing rooms eating, bobbing for spoons!!! or something like that and it was pathetic. They weren’t even WORKING! They were playing games! I believe there was a new manager or something? But the new manager or whatever should not have allowed them to play around while I needed help fining clothes! unprofessional

Target in West York repeatedly puts Target coupons out and then NEVER has the product! Currently there is a Target coupon for Buy 1 Get 1 Free Friskees dry cat food. Coupon started last Sunday, 8 days ago. I have been in to the West York Target every day for the past 8 days (and even called the store) and the shelf is empty. Do I believe this is planned? Of course I do. This isn’t the first time it has happened. When I called to see when they will get a supply in, the Manager states «we have no control of inventory». What kind of response is that? I refuse to shop at TArget any longer, and I was a very active customer. My average monthly Target Red Card bill was over $ 450 a month.

Having just moved to the area, I’ve been to this Target more than a number of times! The first week I moved, I think I was here every day. It’s a good Target. Service was slow when the power went out, but they gave us all coupons to save money on our purchases. Checkout is not normally slow. Store is clean. I will definitely be back.

there starbucks is rediculously dirty w ignorent emoloyees. i watched raquel serve baked goods w fruit flies all over it. when i mentioned the fruit flies i got attitude like it was my fault… disgusting…i called corpret and told on her lol

I attempted to call their electronics department to inquire about the availability of an item in stock and the phone rang several times with a beep at the end as an answer. I then called the «customer service» desk to have them transfer me to electronics and after three attempts, the «customer service» representative tells me to try back later. I then drove to the store to find they were out of stock. I alerted a manager of their poor communications and left. At least Wal-​mart answers their phones and doesn’t waste my time!

Generally a clean store with good customer service. It looks as if they’ll be getting a grocery section next month. If this is the case, shopping could be convenient.

You go to target if you have better taste than walmart. Stores are cleaner and you can actually find help wandering the store to help.

I have been to this Target more than any of the others and have only felt weird once while a customer tried to explain the sale advertised and was told the price was as listed.
I walked around and did not get bored with all the summer ‘deals’ and found things that were actually of use to me. We had a couple of gift cards to use so that didn’t hurt, but I was pleased with the level of service and selection overall, so I would probably go back
