Our family had a horrible experience. We arrived early and proceeded to wait an extra 30 minutes past our scheduled time in an overly packed waiting area. Our time came up and at first it seemed sincere but quickly realized they were trying to push us through as fast as possible. This place is all about quantity and not the quality of pictures.
We weren’t allowed to recommend props that we wanted to use. We had 3 little boys and they were very impatient and just started snapping pictures and none turned out good. A light bulb went out in the white room so shadows were everywhere in the pictures but they assured us photoshop would correct the light issues, yeah right! Why wouldn’t they just re take them?! Oh yeah, it’s about quantity here. We gave her the benefit of doubt and put faith in her.
The next day we went to pick our pictures up and they were horrible! Shadows everywhere! They didn’t even blend naturally, they looked like pixelated blobs! We ended up returning them. We spent 300 $ and all it was, a waste of our time.
They ended up giving us a voucher to mail in for the refund. It almost seemed like they thought it was our fault. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First time here for family pics. Awful experience. My sister made a reservation as there was 11 (7 adults and 4 kids). We got there 10 min early to check-​in and proceeded to wait at least 20 min after our appt time for the sitting to start. The photographer had no control and no idea what she was really doing. My sister was told that we could do a change of clothes but the photographer seemed surprised by that. If it wasn’t bad enough, we were rushed the entire time. Not our fault that the sitting before us went over their time allotted. I was also disappointed that they didn’t give us any options for the background. Every photo was the same background even the separate group photos. Of course, the photographer still wanted to sell us on all of the pics. Most were bad enough that we didn’t want them. Thank goodness for the current 16.99 special and my brother’s military discount. The Picture People has to be better than this!
