Applebee’s

This location is run by a bunch of kids who apparently should be drug tested on a regular basis, service took 20 min for drink them 30 min to order food, waited 30 min to get food never saw the waiter, once food got to us, it was burnt to the point black. We asked for bill waited 15 min until finally my husband said either you give us the bill or we walk. Needless to say we took our food with to show the food and drug administration, let’s see how well this food really was. Because service was so bad the manager on duty was in back with all the waitresses hitting each other and carrying on. This was on Saturday evening November 7 @6:30 pm by the time we left it was 9 pm. I will NEVER come here again gross unprofessional and ignorant workers

I was out late on 4^th July with the family and was looking for a place to grab a bite after watching the fireworks. I typically shy away from Applebee’s after several bad experiences from different locations. We decided to give Applebee’s a try. It was real close to closing and the staff was still extremely friendly sitting or party of 9. The waiter provided great serivce.

We went there to get an appetizer before going to a movie. Ordered Spinich Artichoke Dip. Dip was runny and every couple of tortilla chips were so salty I couldn’t finish. The server was very pleasant. Doubtful we will return.

The first thing I noticed about this restaurant is that it looks clean. It looks to be pretty new and that is good. I have no idea when it was built. Once you dig a bit deeper, you start to see that it isn’t quite as clean as it looked initially because things like wrappers for straws are not removed from tables etc. This makes me question the overall cleanliness of the restaurant but I digress and will move on to the meal.
My family and I wanted burgers and back in Wisconsin, where we used to live, Applebees would do Monday specials on burgers. This Applebees doesn’t. We ordered burgers off of the menu and were relatively happy with the taste but not satisfied with the value. An order of onion rings has only 5 rings in it and two of those contain the outer peel of the onion? That wasn’t acceptable. The fries that my wife and son got were very sparse totaling around 10 each. Our total order was around $ 40 for 2 french onion soups, one of which was about half full, 3 small burgers, 2 skimpy orders of fries and a very skimpy order of onion rings. I had two $ 25 gift cards and gave the balance as a tip – so I would never have to come back.

It would be much better if the food service wasn’t so slow. Took a very long time just for the appetizer. However, the food wasn’t bad. Having all you can eat ribs is definitely a benefit to eating here. However, it ended up being a small portion of ribs and a bigger portion of fries. Not bad, but not my favorite.
