APPLEBEE’S THERE’S NO PLACE LIKE THE NEIGHBORHOOD. In york pa northern way. Sucks if I knew who to call, id report these waiters and manager on Saturday November 7 2015. We arrived with 15 people in line, no check in person around, finally a I assume manager gives everyone a beeper, looking around alot of tables empty, after waiting 20 min we get called and sat. Finally after sitting 20 min we ordered a drink. After 20 min waitress came by she giggled and said. Oh I forgot your drinks. I think these waitresses need random drug test so then 10 min later we get drink ice was melted, we said you know what we are ready to order. She took order I kid you not 35 min waited for food in the 35 min we did not see any waitresses or manager until they popped out of where the cooking area was. Finally food comes it was burnt and cold at this time we were so done with this place, waited again 25 min until we seen a waitress not ours but told this young lady. Either you bring the bill or we are walking, this staff on this night was not only terrible but inconsiderate, nasty and needs lots of training. We actually took the food with us and I will be filing a complaint with better bussiness bureau. I will never return to this location! We arrived at 6 :30 pm by the time we left it was 9 pm.

It’s Applebee’s, so you get what you pay for, but the food took forever and was bad quality.

Double Bacon burger was good! A little on the tiny side but still filling. The mud slide was amazing!

Overpriced subpar burgers.10 bucks for a tiny burger with barely any fries. They don’t even put mayo on it. I thought all places put mayo on your burger. Mudslide was tasty. Great friendly server.

Waited 20mins from the time I sat down until my waitress came to the table, my gut reaction was to just get up and leave. Now that I’ve ordered I’m waiting 1hr for my food to come, and the place is empty to boot.
I finally got up after the people sitting next to me waited for their check for 15mins were complaining. I can’t think of sending back a steak for not being done right. I got the Manager and walked out.
Bottom line, I will not be back. I can think of other things to doing instead of typing an angry review.

I hadn’t been to an Applebee’s for years until a few days ago. They have really changed up their menu items and the serving size of their entrees are big enough to feed the hungriest person. I tried one of their featured steak items with broccoli and my wife tried their double crunchy fried shrimp platter with coleslaw. We shared the boneless chicken wings, Everything was good and like I said it filled both of us. Our friend who was just with us for company had two mojitas. He liked them and thought that they were refreshing and light tasting.
If you are into good sized entrees with no frills, give this place a try. The menu will surely have something for everyone. Can’t beat the price for the amount of food you get.

Very slow service for a Saturday early evening. Poorly organized and poorly led staff. Lot of customers needs being overlooked. Appetizer was partially burned, and lack of attentiveness from our server. I’m not willing to pay out $ 50+ for this level of service. I couldn’t see going back.

My family members haven’t been there for over a year now because my daughter and a friend (with another party) because very ill. I however went there for a steak which wasn’t too bad.

Never had an issue with this particular Applebee’s. Service has always been great.

I have been here when it is busy and when it is slow during lunch. This visit is a rating of the former — take my advice stay away on a packed Friday night. The service was okay, but the dishes were dirty and the food was not right — meatballs weren’t cooked all the way through and the chicken fingers were small. I had my napkin taken between the appetizer and entrée for some reason and they brought my wife honey mustard when she requested ranch and bar b q sauce. I will probably not come back unless it is for lunch and the lot is not full.
