Mike is amazing. My pool looked like the Valdez Oil Spill. All of it happened in about 5 days. Could not get in touch with my pool guy of 10 years after leaving repeated messages. Called Mike and told him about my problem he came over the next day, on time, drained the pool and started acid washing. Then he cleaned the tile where it looks like jewelry. This pool is 17 years old and now looks like new.
Great job Mike. Professional, reasonably priced, and prompt.

The tile cleaning was fine but then I had them do some rock work around the pool and the results were poor. The repair person missed some rock grout and two of the rocks repaired are loose after just a few weeks. I contacted this company Pool Tile Cleaning Pro which has the same ph# number multiple times and also emailed Mike. After several efforts Mike finally responded but at this point it’s too late so I’ll get the repairs done somewhere else.

I finally called Mike when it got to the point where I could no longer enjoy looking at my swimming pool as every time I did my eyes couldn’t help but fixate on that white line of mineral deposits at the water line.
I agree with all the positive comments the other reviewers wrote about Mike. Reasonable price, easy to work with, professional in every sense.

Called Mike on a Sunday and he got back to me within two hours later with a quote. Came the following day to acid wash and clean the tiles on my pool. Wow my in-​ground 23,000 gallon pool now looks brand new! The blue tiles now look brand new as they looked horrible before with major calcium deposits on everyone of them. The plaster was also lined with calcium and had stains everywhere. Mike and his team did a fantastic job, showed up on-​time, cleaned up perfectly, exceeded my expectations and best of all the price was more than reasonable. If you are needing to get your pool tiles cleaned and/​or the plaster acid washed, I highly recommend that you call Mike at Superior Pool Tile Cleaning.

What a painless investment Superior Pool is. I had a bad experience with our previous pool tile cleaner and gave these guys a chance. Mike is a really awesome guy that was extremely informative and did exactly what he said he was going to do! I felt extremely comfortable during the entire process. You are forsure getting your money plus more worth of Superior Pool. They will be my ONLY pool service people from here on out!

The before and after was crazy! It’s hands down the best tile cleaning I’ve ever seen! The technique they use is gentle so I know it won’t damage my tile, but also very effective! Mike was super easy to work with and extremely professional. My pool is HUGE, and he worked hard and made sure we were happy with the results!
