How do I start well I brought a motor into east side pool it was makeing a loud noise .
I spoke to a person by the name of zan.
I explained that this was for a one of my coustmers fish pond.
He told me that it would cost around $ 280 to repair.
When I went to pick it up the electrical was not connected I asked him about this he said that he didn’t have time that I would have to.
Which was wrong I’m not electrician.
After tryiny to install it found out it still didn’t work
So I took it back and spoke to zan and he told me that there was nothing that he could do to help me.
So I brought it in again and spoke to another tech this is five times now still not working.
So now this person is trying to till me that the problem is plumbing.
I’m a plumbing contrator and know that this is not correct.
The only thing I wanted was for them to correct the problem or refund my money.
I will never refer another person to east side pools
My long time coustmer is about to sue me for the her dieing fish.
This was not wright if they didn’t know what they were doing they should have never told me they could fix it.
Now I’m out a very long time coustmer

There is only one word that I can say about Eric and his team… Amazing!!! I just bought a new home (fixer upper) and it came with a really gross looking swimming pool (plaster was falling off, broken jumping board and broken tiles). Eric came out and made my pool look amazing. Pool remodeling are ELB Pool Supplies specialty!!! Next I want a spa added and I know Eric will take great care of my and my family

I’ve been going to ABC pools for the last year and I hated it. My next door neighbor told me about east long beach and lets put it this way I would never go back to ABC again. Zane was great, he helped me correctly diagnose my heater problem, the same one you know who told me that I just needed a new one for $ 3000. Customer for life!

My pool pump was old, sucking in air, and could barely run the Kreepy Krawler cleaner. Zan came out and looked at it and said you need a new pump. While he was there he also diagnosed a couple of other pool problems I had. Back at the store he explained the pump options and a week later he was out installing it. Wow, what a difference a new pump makes, I love the pool again. This guy Zan knows his stuff. Great service.

First time and last time I will be in this store. Went in to inquire about purchasing a Dolphin Pool vacuum. Was the only person in the store. No greeting no how can I help you? Two gentlemen came in after me and they were greeted and helped ASAP. Does it matter that I’m a girl? Did he think I didn’t know how to clean a pool? Maybe I have the power of invisibility? As I stood there waiting for salesman to finish help these two guys I was getting irritated.
My thought was I will not give this crumby pool supply store my hard earned dollars for an expensive pool vacuum. Their loss.

Been using East Long Beach Pool Supply for 4 years now so they were the obvious choice when my pump needed replacement. The company is great and despite having to come out twice for some difficult to find suction side air leaks they got it all fixed for the original quote. Love these guys!

The Michael Unit has always bought the chlorine for our pool at Lowes because, well, it’s convenient. He needed some special part for the pool filter and I suggested that he try East Long Beach Pool. Now he buys all the chlorine from them.
I like the fact that they’re a small, local Long Beach business. Their competitor moved into the strip mall that occupies Pavilions and must be within 1,000 feet. Did I mention that I hate their competitor? No amount of seductive coupons will ever get me into their store again.
Back to East LB Pool… the employees are knowledgeable about pools and the water quality in the LBC. They don’t try to upsell you more expensive parts than you need. Unfortunately during our most recent trip they were out of a replacement part for our Kreepy Krawler, hence the four star rating.
Unlike the arrogant pricks at the other pool supply company in Los Alamitos, these guys are friendly. Shop here. You won’t regret it.

A local neighborhood store competing with some of the big boys, and guess who wins? East LB Pool can sell me just about anything. My most recent purchase (4 days ago) was a Pentair pump and motor. I couldn’t be happier.
Clerk Jason took lots of time with us explaining features and Zan did a great job with the installation.

First time going there while shopping for a new pool pump. From the moment we entered we were greeted and were helped with friendly and knowledgeable service. Gave us a good feeling about spending a lot of money on pool equipment. We continued to shop around and price things out but it came back to customer service and the experience we had. The prices were similar to other places and Leslie’s even gave a longer warranty but because of the customer experience we ended up going to ELB Pool & Spa. Zan was very knowledgeable and helpful and he was even the one who came out to install the pump just days later. He was on time, friendly, fast, and showed us how to use the pump properly. We haven’t had any problems with the pump and it’s running great and probably the best investment we made for the pool so far. Quiet and energy efficient.

Have been using East Long Beach Pool and Spa for several years with off and on problems for the past year. Finally had it with them after they told me they have been coming every week for the past month, however, my pool is green and jacuzzi is so cloudy it is hard to see the bottom of the three foot jacuzzi.

9÷18÷2011 but we come here bout once a month to supply the pool they are always helpful with our questions and prescribing stuff based on our water samples. Chlorine is the cheapest in Lakewood to.

10÷11÷07 update: Don’t fuck around with a teaser «great deal» and then ignore this bitch! The new filter clogged up within 2 weeks and the pool was going green with algae. «We’ll send Edgar right over.» Cool. Time goes by, no Edgar. «Tomorrow». Umm, okay. Message on the phone «Running late, I’m on my way.» Another fucking no-​show/​no-​call! So I hire someone else. Sorry E Long Beach Pool & Spa, you screwed with the wrong pool-​owner. And I had such high expectations…
Don’t hate me… I own a pool. And I use it, a lot. In fact, I swim about 9 months out of the year. When I bought the house in 1994, I swore I would make good use of the pool. And so I have. Pools, like everything in life, require maintenance. I’d been doing a good job up to the time the DE filter lid cracked and water was pouring from it like an upside-​down Niagara Falls. I needed help. The patch job I did sucked, literally. So I called these «experts» from the OC (Morning Star Solar) who saw a gal in trouble and tried to scam me. I was onto their tricks, though, and sent my dog after them. Grrr. So I went over to East LB pool and got a bid for $ 1000 LESS than the OC scammers. And they could do the job THAT DAY! Yaaaay! Edgar arrived in the afternoon and had my pool filter installed and operating in a little over an hour. I swam that night. I later got a call from the company who told me Edgar had left the wrong receipt and asked if I could drop it off in the morning. Since I’d have to drive a few miles to do this, I asked if they’d give me a replacement foot-​pad for my Kreepy-​Krawly and they did ($ 20). So I got excellent service at a very good price and a free pad for my Kreepy. If you’re lucky enough to have a pool, congratulations. Use it. And try East LB Pool & Spa for your service needs. They are down-​home and friendly and won’t use scam techniques for a few extra dollars.
