Graziano’s Pizza Restaurant

We had absolutely the worst meal ever the other night We ordered pasta and sausage and it looked like it was frozen then cooked and dried out twice! Also My clams Diablo had enough oil to run my truck! I had a couple bad meals here before years ago and thought I would give it a shot again! Never again! maybe just good for pizza! I think!

I love this place. Great local pizza place with a simple traditional menu. Food is good and always is a good place to go when you have munchies!

This was my 3^rd visit to Graziano’s, and my 3^rd time being disappointed enough, to where I won’t return there again.
I will say that each visit of mine, included «a large party», of 8 or more.
We had called our order in, ahead of time tonight, mainly because we knew they were known for having slow service. After we placed our order, we notified them we lived 10 minutes away, and they told us to go ahead and come in. We arrived, were led to a table in the back, were greeted by Cheyanne, and our drink orders were taken. Despite calling ahead and it taking 10 minutes to get there, we STILL had to wait over an hour (more like an hour ten). The server would say, «it’s almost done,» like 2 – 3 times. She’s young and was sweet, but not very good at checking on water refills. We weren’t the only table to complain of the ridiculously slow service. There was another table that waited even longer than us!
There’s obviously not even a manager on site. Otherwise, the professional thing to do would be to explain and perhaps offer a free appetizer. Keep in mind we had 4 kids under 13, so they’re hungry when they’re hungry. They also grew ansy, as expected, so that made us even more short-​tempered, as to the wait.
The food came out and it was good. The server did offer a 10% discount, because of the delay. It’s just so slow and mismanaged behind the kitchen, that I won’t risk that type of experience again.

Great little place in a strip mall. We’ve been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Pizza is great and so are the appetizers especially the garlic cheese knots. Be prepared for the carb loading.

The very best shrimp scampi is here folks! The cook does an excellent job!

I got the spaghetti and ravioli’s combo. Drenched in a tasty meat sauce, I thought the taste was decent. Some times the measure of a good spaghetti dish is the amount of sauce that’s become to runny from not draining the water properly. There was no such problems in this case. I love the combo of two favorites, the spaghetti and the ravioli’s and putting them together on one plate. And for the price its a steal.
Inside is an old school, Tony Soprano style Italian restaurant. It could use a little polishing, some tender, loving care and I think it’d be a great little place to bring the whole family. I think there was a play area on the other end of the restaurant, it must be difficult to keep up with the competition especially since chuck-​e-​cheese is only half a block down the street. I guess the next time I come back, I won’t be here for the atmosphere, instead the decent Italian cooking.

They’re pizza & pasta are great. Drinks are expensive & getting a refill is like pulling teeth. It never happens

My friend and I went there for a late dinner tonight. I ordered a calzone and it came out kinda cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. She ordered the chicken parmesan and it was tasteless. I didn’t want to send my food back because it was late and I was hungry. The owner yelled from the kitchen at 930 that they were closed and we needed to «get out». He was so rude. I nicely explained to him that I thought he was rude the way he asked us to leave and that the food was cold and awful. He could care less and didn’t even apologize. I will NEVER go back there again!

Average frozenesque pizza with horrid service. Had to ask for everything. This would have been better as self serve rather then having the witness who clearly did not want to be there.

Beware. Food was pretty bland and underwhelming. It was much like the décor– out of date, tired and in need of fresh inspiration. Salad that accompanied the meal had wilted and brown spots in it, not sure the kitchen would have eaten that so why serve it? Pizza was bland and void of taste, the red pepper even seemed to give up. Spaghetti was mushy, no really like it had been cooked twice or so. At least the service was friendly, but the poor staff are trying to help & the kitchen is sending out mediocre at best food.
Please re think your menu and taste what you are sending out. If you wouldn’t eat it, why would we? Attaching picture of greasy pizza

It doesn’t look like much from the outside and the inside is ehh, but the food is actually good. Personally not into Italian food and got the spaghetti and it was amazing. The family and I sat inside to eat and it was really slow in service and took forever for the meal to come out. So next time will probably be a Togo order. Good food!

The food is good that’s why this place gets 2 stars. However a few of your servers were in my graduating class in high school and don’t take too kindly to me. You can hate me all you want but it’s no reason to totally blow my family and I off. Just because you can’t let what happened 10 years ago go, doesn’t mean you have to go and make your whole company look bad. And I know the bad service was against me personally bc everyone around us got quick help…

The pizza rolls are amazing, the service is less than amazing.

This place has great gluten free Baked Ziti with great sauce. Mindy is our favorite server.

I do like the gluten free food but the service is absolutely horrible. You wait forever for your food and every time our appetizers comes after our pizza which this last time wasn’t even hot! And why is our waitresses breasts falling into my pizza? She’s a cute girl, but this is not acceptable work attire. I doubt we’ll ever come back.

I love this little hole in the wall Italian and pizzeria. They have great sandwiches (Packed with meat), Great appetizers, and love their pizza! We’ve been coming here for years. They could work on improving their customer service skills (Slow service), but at least the food is great.

Visited here for the first time last week. Ordered a pizza and the shrimp scampi. I have to say that it was all just ok. Well the pizza was ok, but the scampi was more like a 1 star. They would do much better to just not have it on the menu.
When I go to an Italian restaurant I expect fresh «real» ingredients. That scampi was a complete disaster in every regard.
Now the pizza was good, but I would expect better for the price.
Would I ever come here again, not a chance.

Ate here about a month ago and I’ll never go back. I ordered a dinner salad, chicken fettuccini alfredo and garlic bread. The salad was decent, the chicken in the fettuccini was frozen breast meat that was absolutely tasteless. The alfredo sauce tasted canned not homemade and the garlic bread was stale. I ate maybe ¹⁄₁₀^th of the meal. When I informed the waitress of the meal, she checked with her manager and they offered a 10% discount off the check. THEE worst Italian food in the area.

The food is alright… except for the garlic bread, which they should be ashamed of; it’s stale and flavorless. The service is a bit slow, even with almost no customers. The staff is nice though. In short (and this is pretty accurate), this place just heats up your frozen Italian dinner for you. We ended up getting tiramasu and cheesecake for dessert and they were frozen. This was probably bought at the local grocery store. They didn’t try to hide it at all.
I recommend you come to this place for some greasy Italian pizza or a sandwich to go. Don’t order a meal at this place. There are plenty of other better sit down Italian restaurants.

Wow! I didn’t think the pizza here could get any better, but I was wrong. My wife and I stopped in for a late lunch yesterday. The pizza was Excellent and our waitress, Katelyn was exceptional with her sevice. Hats off to Sal for Making the best pizza around town.
