Bad costumer service their hours of operation is 10AM to 930pm. On a Monday morning 35 degrees outside and they have me stand outside for 20 min b4 opening up the door while they sat inside doing basically nothing

Every time I go to this Pandora store there is some issue. Last night I go and put my name on the sign in sheet, tell the lady I will be right back as the sign in sheet was three pages long and I was at the end, come back literally no more than 10 minutes later and they won’t let me in the store because they are closing at 8:30 instead of 9:00 I guess! I tried to explain I was already signed in but she was so rude she would not let me explain. My fault because each time I go I am amazed how rude the help is. I have two filled pandora bracelets– I love them but will not be treated this way. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment and go the Pandora store in the Westchester Mall!
