Long lines and slow crappy cashiers. Dont spend your money in this pigsty. Customer service? What does h&m know about keeping a clean, orderly and efficiently run store? Nothing ! But as long as people love cheap @$$ clothes then they will be here for long time.

This is horrible my husband purchased a gift card for me from here. Was never told it can ONLY be used in store. Its 2015 how is it you can’t redeem your card online? So I after I shopped online and go to check out no option for a gift card payment! How frustrating is that. I call to see if maybe I missed something. Rep says no we don’t offer online with gift cards. I will never purchase a gift card from them. Very frustrated customer.

My experience today at H & M, Ridge Hill was a big disappointment! I was trying to a purchase a jacket but the size was not available on the rack. Except I did see the size I wanted on the mannequin. I asked a H & M employee politely if they can just take it off the mannequin and replace it with another jacket. They male employer said NO. I had mention that they are not undressing the whole mannequin, just the jacket only. He spoke to his male manager and he said No. Then I tried to speak to the manager and he still said he can’t and told me to come back another time to get it. I told him I was ready to buy it along with some other items. The manager was still rude and said No. I was very surprise that the manager was not trying to help me. I just left my items and walked out to find better service elsewhere.

The location for H & M is ok. There was a big sale going on so it was a little crowded but not too bad. The first floor has merchandise for women and the second level for men and children. The clothes were fairly organized and the store was easy to maneuver around. The lines weren’t too long. I was able to complete my purchase and wait in line in about 10 minutes. I would try out this location again.

There was no one to help you. The quality has gone done over the years. Uniqlo is now what H&M used to be. I’ll be back just to browse, but I don’t expect much anymore.

Ehh, not much to review. It’s a clothing store for men and women, predominantly for women… It’s always crowded for the most part, so if you don’t mind the wait on line, shop till you drop. The prices aren’t bad either. I am upset however that there’s always more variety for women clothing then men, but that’s all unisex clothing stores…
