This is the insider i used to drive for this car service and i got something to tell you if you care about you self wow never take them because you may be taking your Last ride of your life first of all they use the cheapest tire out there when their vehicle is do for tire guess what jerome ave by the woodlawn train station $ 25 dollars used tire and there you go riding a way on a $ 25 dollars used tire so all the other parts they use in their car and that is nothing they puch their driver to the far edge hourly talking 16,17 hourly day because they keep all the money and over charge on the tolls wow you think it all that could go wrong on a trip that the chance you take

Used them extensively for over two years until they started to charge on my wife’s credit card erroneously. I write this review because the staff could not or would not address the problem – so if you are paying cash on a one time basis go for it… if you want to be a loyal customer then they will eventually screw you. so disappointed.

I ordered a car to take me from westchester to manhattan. The driver was 40 mins late to pick me up and needed direction constantly. The dispatch was rude and unhelpful. I will never use the service again.

I never leave reviews on cab services, they’re all usually horrible. But after dealing with another cab service in Yonkers because they were closer, just made me appreciate all star so much more. Sometimes in the morning when I need a cab to work in white plains, when i call they’re always VERY pleasant. And get to me very quickly and their prices are never fluctuating or over priced, they’re very fair. And no matter who is picking up the phone, they’re so so nice, and as someone who works in customer service I appreciate that very much. Not calling anyone else from here on out, I will just stick with what is tried and true.

The service and pick up were great– however the billing process is atrocious and they took over a week and a half to post the invoice to my credit card statement. The customer service is also horrible in the sense that they don’t try to help you but rather hang up on their customers. I will not be using this service again.
