AMAZING service. I called in a panic yesterday afternoon when our washing machine suddenly started flooding the room. The technician (Francis) was in the middle of another job but offered to talk us through how to shut off the water and minimize the chaos until he could come fix it. When he did arrive, he was great: very knowledgeable, friendly, and determined to get it done, even staying until 11 pm (that includes a run to Home Depot to get some supplies). What a lifesaver.

I highly recommend FASTECH (fitting name) — as he has delivered exceptional service not once but twice. On his first visit he was able to repair my fridge in no time and save me from replacing it altogether. My next call was for my washer/​dryer unit and again he fixed it quickly and with little expense. He is not only knowledgable and efficient– but courteous and professional. This guy is a rarity !
