This company is the absolute worst. I repeat, the absolute worst. Do NOT use them. I called them to send a plumber to do a consultation. They said he would be there between 4pm and 5pm. They quoted me the rate of $ 85. By 5:30 no one had arrived so I called them and they said his car broke down but would be at 10am the following morning. At 9:55 am the next morning, a plumber called to say he would be there at 11am. I was frustrated but thought, better late than never. At 10:15am the management office called back to say the charge is now $ 125.
I asked to speak with the Manager but he refused to take my call
THEY ARE THE WORST.
