Mike’s Roast Beef & Pizzeria

Love the roast beef sandwiches .I wasn’t to happy with the onion rings they were to plain tasting it would’ve tasted good if they use the red onion to add flavor and the pizza rolls were ok but one time only on those service was good, wait time good.

I was working in the area for the week and this place was recommended by the people that I was working with. I ended up eating there every day. The roast beef sandwiches were great so was the potato salad and steak fries (watch out the small is huge!) and I also had the chicken and rice. That was a full 2 servings for me. Every day that I was there the staff was out wiping down tables. It was a bit chilly in there, but I am always cold so you can’t go by me. I’m going to have to find an excuse to come back.

Love their sweet sauce pizza and mozzarella sticks. Every time we order the place is slammed but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and they still manage to make the pizza in a quick and timely manner. The owner even went out of his way to help me get a larger order to the car once. Love this place.

In love with their generous portions of roast beef in the sandwiches. Tender, juicy & tasty. My favorite roast beef roll with mayo & horseradish. Not much a fan of the burritos. Haven’t got to try much else on the menu since I have a small stomach & always want the roast beef. Besides I think the menu they offer is way too big… I mean ginormous. There’s gotta be like 60 items listed… maybe more. I’ll be happy with just the roast beef :)

Ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches, fries, and steak tips and chicken kabob over rice. The sandwiches were mushy, tasteless blobs of meat on a soggy bun with a terrible sauce that evidently passes for BBQ at this establishment. It’s very sad when people who eat anything throw it in the trash. The steak tips and kabob were good but super salty

I absolutely love this place! Over the summer my friend and I tried it out for the first time and had a little of everything. Meatball and sausage sub, lingucia bomb, spicy curly fries, hot dog and mozzerlla sticks. Everything was insanely delicious. Only complaint is that the spicy curly fries weren’t actually spicy. I’ve come here quite often since that first time. I always get a lingucia bomb because it’s beyond tasty and delicious and so good. The mozz stick are great coming in different sizes and the buffalo chicken is also great. Highly recommend.

I have order here Togo a few times and they have always been consistent. Affordable, Fresh, well prepared food, friendly and efficient staff.

I’ve been here twice for the Roast Beef sandwiches. The staff is friendly and the service was speedy. The Roast Beef… sliced very thin which is great however, the beef has no flavor. I asked for «Horseradish» as it is listed on their menu however, it is not straight horseradish as one would assume — it is horseradish sauce… maybe that should be stated on the menu. The last time I went I ordered the thin fries, they have some strange coating on them and are not like regular fries — stopped at my second one! Maybe I will have to give up on the beef and try a pizza next time.

We order here at work weekly, sometimes twice a day at our hotel and have always had great service and food.
Honey BBQ Steak Tip Salad w their house Greek dressing is still my go to. My cheat is a steak n cheese sub. Both always delicious.
They now do a Wednesday night special for ½ off a pasta dish which is a great deal because it usually feeds 2. So most will cost under $ 5, cant beat that. Great off season deal.

Have been to Mike’s numerous times. Food was always ready. Food has always been great. The Super Beef is the best sandwich. Steak tips are primo.

I have tried Mike’s a number of times and each time it has been overall meh to ok. But after opening up my cheesebuger sub today, I will definitely never order a sub from there again. Whom ever constructed this sub may want to consider moving from the sub station to the pizza or salad station. I generally prefer the meat of my sandwiches be placed INSIDE the bread. What I recieved was a lettuce, onion, pickle, and mayo sub with cheeseburgers on top. I tried to stuff the burgers into the sub roll but since the sides had been crushed by the weight of the meat, it was not possible. For someone who values a well constructed sandwich, this was a very disappointing experience. I will say though, my husbands sub (steak and cheese) was made the same way, and there was so much meat he had to take some out. This is a good problem to have. He has enough for a small sandwich tomorrow. And personally I feel that a steak and cheese can be put together like that and it isn’t awkward to eat. Good job there. Another positive is their roast beef sandwiches are ok and their broccoli cheddar bits are delicious. I would give them 2.5 stars but that’s not an option.

I heard about this place from a friend and I am so glad I stopped in. Mikes doesn’t look like anything more than a fast food type place from the outside but if you like roast beef sandwiches, hell, if you even THINK you might like roast beef sandwiches, go get one! (Or two… keep reading) This sandwich was so good I actually woke up the next day thinking about it… Not being from the area, and not being able to get one of these whenever I want, I did what any dude would do in my position… I went and got another one the next night. I’m actually eating it right now as I write this review. Enough said, just try one. If you don’t agree with my review who cares, they cost like 8 bucks, but I do not think you will be disappointed.

Solid take-​out option if you aren’t in the mood for the «usuals». When pizza or Chinese food aren’t on the list, the roast beef sandwiches are definitely solid. Good selection of other hot/​cold sandwiches, salads. Wings are decent here too.

Yummo roast beef sandwich. Only complaint was actually too much American cheese, a couple slices stacked.

Large portion definitely, but the roast beef is always well done & dry anytime I get a sandwich.

Wow. Mikes surprised everyone in our party of 6.
The portions are large. Service is very friendly, and the wait was only 5 or 6 minutes with a big group!
Will add this one to our short list for hyannis.

This place makes the best roast beef sandwiches! They do no skimp on the meat. I love that our dinner turned out being 2 full meals. My husband and I are big eaters. I had the super roast beef with lettuce, Tomato and horseradish. He had the same on a large sub. We also got a large curly fries and a small philly steak pizza. My god, the pizza would’ve been enough for both of us. It was packed with meat and toppings. It’s definitely not what we expect for a pizza. Other than the crazy amount of food, it was all cooked to perfection. It still tasted great the next day. Totally worth the money and will go back again.
Only star didn’t make it is the out dated menus. Please. update them and have it online as well. We waited 30 minutes in the car for our order since we couldn’t find an updated menu. The pricing were different as well.

My husband and son had the steak sub sandwich which they claim was the best steak tips they ever had! Cooked and seasoned perfectly! I had the chicken calzone junior, it says for one person but more than enough for two! The chicken was juicy and all breast meat. The best part was the sauce, honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. My husband tried it and said next time he’s trying the meatball sub! The French fries were good too!
I would highly recommend… we will definitely go back

Sitting here in the restaurant freezing and hearing other customers say the same thing. Someone who looked like they were in charge then turned the heat down further after an employee turned it up. A lady is sitting across from is wearing her gloves while her husband finishes eating! Everyone is in their winter coats except for the employees who are sweating behind the counter.
Now the meal… Cold RARE roast beef soggy sub. Yuck. I had to return my sandwich but when I got it bk it was more medium but all the blood from the previous minutes had soaked into the bun.
My son had fried chicken fingers which had no crunch. His soggy fries tasted like they had been in a batch of old oil that odviously shared the frier with fish.
Gross… Couldn’t even finish the meal. I’m never coming here again.
