A few visits to Dr. Rosenman has satisfied me that he is a good physician with excellent human interactive skills. Beyond the thorough examination from scalp to toes, he diagnoses quickly and all the while keeps a warm banter going to help keep me at ease. The provides running commentary on what he is looking at, and while still in the examining room records his office notes on what he has observed and talked with me about, so I can understand more fully what he is thinking, and provide time for questions. When he saw something that he was not definite about, he asked me to return in a month to allow him a second look for changes. As a precautionary measure he took a tiny sample for biopsy. Nothing to worry about. The office itself is clean, if a little dated. The staff appears to be all women, some busier than others. Still, I was in and out promptly, and not required to wait more than 10 minutes before he saw me both times. The payment desk is efficient, and the billings have been reasonable and understandable. See you again in a few years, doc. Thanks a lot.

Dr. Leventhal was rude and snooty. I don’t want to go there again.

Dr Rosenman did not recommend MOHs procedure after a biopsy he did on my nose came back basil cell carcinoma. Luckily I was working for a surgeon who saw my report and immediately sent me to a MOHS surgeon. Scary

The staff are horrible to deal with. The 7 older women working the front desk are nasty and rude. They are money hungry and will consistently ask for a credit card to put down. My family has been going to this practice for years now and have finally had enough of these women. I had an appointment at 1pm and was not seen for over an hour until I finally asked what was going on. They told me I wouldn’t be seen until 3:45pm. They would have had me waiting for 3 hours if I didn’t say anything! My family will never be going back. That was the straw that broke the camel’s back for us.

Dr. Rosenman was recommended to me by a trusted friend who pronounced him«The best.» Sure enough, I have found that the doctor has a perpetually cheerful attitude, and is decisive in his diagnoses and treatment plans. However, I have not been pleased with several other aspects of his practice. I am disappointed that my time with Dr. Rosenman is never much more than 10 minutes. Moreover, the doctor’s staff seems less than happy and pleasant. Along those lines, even though he has a large staff — I saw roughly seven or so administrators behind the desk when I was there — I have not been able to reach any billing coordinators on each of the past three times that I have called this office. Perhaps his staff leaves for lunch between 12 – 1 and leaves for the day at 4? Even so, it’s maddening that his staff is not more accessible during normal business hours. Additionally, I have left two voicemail messages intended for a billing coordinator, requesting callbacks, but have yet to hear back from anyone. And one more point of note, this office does not accept Cigna insurance. All told, I really do like Dr. Rosenman’s upbeat attitude, but his practice is a pain to deal with.
