Barsons Tower Deli

I am cursed when I walk into this place. For a «deli», some of the attendants can’t make sandwiches.
There is one gentleman that I have had make my turkey club at least a half dozen times. Each time I order «Turkey club on multigrain please». Each time he has no idea what multigrain is and I wait 10 minutes while he finds someone to ask. This is 2012 isn’t it?
There is a TV which helps break up the day. This place just takes advantage of there being no lunch places around. $ 8 gets you a sandwich, chips, and a drink — not too bad. Although I asked to swap out chips (probably costs them $.15 a bag at most) for an apple (probably cost them under $.10) each and I was immediately denied. I get it — its a business office cafeteria, but we are humans not dogs, serve us something good.
I prefer to drive across the street to Shadybrook for a fresher fare.
