Came in this evening and had a very nice pedicure. Staff was quiet but I never mind a little extra quiet. They were careful and took a good amount of time. Polish job was good. Massage was very light, but felt good. Really like the mini-​hot stone on the legs and feet. I would definitely come back.

My initial experience of this salon was very good. The man who did my nails did a fantastic job.
However I had to go back due to nail breakage a couple of days later.
The owner was extremely rude and continually stated its not their fault. She was very rude and snotty. She continually stated she did not like how I had my nails done.
She also took off my gel coat on the nail and attempted to just paint the thumbnail without reapplying the gel powder. I stopped her and made her reapply it. I was willing to pay for it. She refused payment
The clinch on never going back is when I wasn’t sure I had the right color. She turned her back to me and stated «I don’t know, you pick it out». I will never go back there. Too bad. I just moved here. When I find a good nail tech I refer, bring in parties, and spend a great deal of money.
Never Again.

Worst pedicure I have ever had, older lady barely scrubbed my feet, then couldn’t see to paint my toe nails, took her forever, far from relaxing, not to mention the places décor wanted to make me puke. Dirty.

I have to agree with the other reviewer who said this is the best pedicure she’s ever had. There was absolutely no pain, the massage was wonderful, and they even used hot stones to massage my feet and lower legs. Those who said the staff is not friendly are right, but I gave them five stars because the pedicure was so good it didn’t matter that they weren’t very welcoming.

I love this place!!! They do quality work, they are very rarely packed, and I like that I can just sit and enjoy my pedi without feeling forced to chat it up! Definitely my favorite place here in Yakima!

This place is great, the only thing I dislike is the lack of communication sometimes. The staff talks a lot amongst themselves, and leaves you kind of just hanging sometimes.
The pedicures are good, the massage is nice. It does take about half an hour to get done. When we came there was 4 staff working and we each had our own person working on our nails.
Overall I would come back again.

Came in asking to have to nails replaced. She said to get a color, I sat for 20 min waiting, while a lady came in after and asked for a pedicure and was started in immediately, two other ladies went and got waxed done. Two other ladies walked in and I was told I still needed to wait until after they had their nails done. Worst customer service! I will never recommend nor will I ever go back.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I was pleasantly surprised when they gave me a hot stone massage on my feet and calves. They did excellent work on my cuticles and the paint job was flawless too. Would go back in a heartbeat!

NO PAIN!!! First words up front in case you don’t read any futher.
I decided to reward myself for quitting smoking (2 weeks!) by getting artificial nails again. I quit getting them a couple years ago because the nicotine discolored them and I also have a low tolerance for pain. I had them for many years off and on but I decided a few years back I was tired of putting up with major primer burn. Pain plus time plus yellowed nails. So not worth it. And I was paying for the opportunity.
Jenny was wonderful!!! What was amazing was that I even had a paper cut under my thumb nail but there was NO PAIN!!! I’m a perfectionist and I have to say my nails are beautiful. And her nail art gets a lot of comments. Every other Saturday count me in!
