What a delicious candy and ice cream shop! They have a lot of variety. Because I am a Caramel freak I absolutely love their sea salt Caramel fudge. A lot of sea salt Caramel items don’t have any saltiness to them but this one definitely does. It’s amazing. I also like their homemade peanut butter cup. It is to die for. I wish they had some seating out front so we could hang out longer around a table but the benches certainly helped. This is the perfect stop after eating some tasty seafood!

Nice little store with all the goodies you could want. Everything looked fresh, and their ice cream seemed especially popular. The only sugar-free items were some black licorice and a very overpriced bag of taffy, so I had to be treat less for today. Bummer.

This ice cream shop definitely adds to the unique character of Yachats. Three things make this place a winner for me besides the fact that it is in my favorite coastal town. The ice cream is super tasty, the staff is friendly and the prices are easy on the pockets. I guess I really should have said four because the portions are quite generous. The first time my boyfriend and I went into the shop, I had to ask the clerk to stop adding. It was the largest single scoop I think I have ever seen. Needless to say, you will leave happy. So, definitely stop in.

I stopped in to buy some chocolate, but first asked if the town tax applied. The owner became belligerent, very nasty. What should have been a simple question turned into an ugly argument. Nicer people can be found in Seal Rock at «Indulge Sweets» and the best candy in the county can be found at «Newport Candy Shoppe.»

Toppers surprised me. I knew the ice cream would be great. Tillamook of course you can never go wrong with Local ice cream. I had a scoop of Mountain Berry in a cup. One friend had sugar cone Mocha Almond Fudge another had, sugar cone Carmel Butter Pecan. Fantastic, Yummy and Delish were the words described our choices. Having a huge sweet tooth I found the salt water taffy flavor options to be exciting and very fresh. I could have spent more time looking at the selections of candy and novelty items. The counter associate was helpful, friendly and sweet and gave excellent directions. I found the price for the three of us and a half bag of candy to be affordable. Toppers is a nice addition to a quaint coastal town. The only thing I would change would be the use of compostable materials. Other than than well done Toppers!

The caramel apples are AMAZING! Fresh and yummy! We bought the plain and the ones with almonds. Both were delivious but I LOVE the one with almonds more. The kids LOVED getting their 1 free sample of salt water taffy. I took off 1 star for the cotton candy. I bought a bag of cotton candy and got a mix of colors. Kind of wished I didn’t get any red since it tasted a little weird sort of like cough syrup. Would definitely buy their caramel apples again if I’m ever in the area!

Get your salt water taffy, ice cream, homemade fudge, sea foam chocolate, coconut/white chocolate haystacks, round spiral red or black licorice, mac and cheese candy in tins, and whatever else your little heart desires right here. Step right up! They even have maple bacon flavored taffy if that is of your persuasion. Yep I said bacon.

Excellent tillamook ice cream. Super nice manager. $ 2.85 for a single sugar cone but it was huge and a reasonable price to begin with. Mountain huckleberry was a nice«Oregon» flavor for us tourists. Also got some huckleberry taffy to take home for gifts. Reasonable at $ 6.50 for about 60 pcs. A great little stop during the drive up or down the coast. ON hwy 101.
